Buses from Vashi to Mumbra 81AC /Non AC are not indicated in Daily bus tracker.
Kindly intervene to resolve the issue ASAP, which can help the the daily travellers to track the exact location and take the benefit of same.

    While travelling from bus no. 58 (KHOPOLI) (boarded at 15:04 pm; dated 08 March 2022) the bus conductor behaved very rudely.
    The fare of bus is 44 rupees from Asudgaon to Barvai Gaon. I have him 104 rupees. He said that he would render the remaining 60 rupees afterwards. When my stop was nearing, I requested for my money and then he denied. Very rudely he accused me of having taken the change earlier from him. His verbally harassing behaviour and rudeness is totally unacceptable. He has still not returned the money and moreover, I am extremely offended by such incident on International Women's Day. Strict action is expected.I request the authorities to intervene in this matter.

      Good day

      Self residing in Taloja area would like to bring to notice of the respected authorities that the bus service in this area is very poor which the only means of public transport at the moment .
      Buses get cancelled more often .
      There is a bus only after 45-50 mins
      Which is very in convenient.

      Would appreciate if the sevice is improved for the convenience of the public.

        The all ac buses which is running from juinagar to koproli/pirkon have issue that all the dust from outside gets accumulate inside the bus and the dust gets stuck inside the bus till whole journey. It is too much dangerous and all the little little dust goes inside the lungs which will create health issues over the long period. Please look into this matter sooner. We hope the team will not play over public's health and resolve this issue as soon as possible.

            On Tuesday November 30, 2021, the bus conductor of the NMMT Electric bus 114 leaving Cuffe Parade at 4:50PM consistently refused entry to those who did not have certificates of having received two vaccination doses. Those carrying medical exemption certificates were refused entry, as also those below the age of 18 years. This is in contradiction to the GOM order of November 27, 2021, which clearly states that those who are unable to take the vaccine for medical reasons, a certificate from a certified medical practioner may serve as documentary evidence for entry. It appears that the staff manning the buses have not been made aware of this point. Please ensure that this is explained to them so that the travelers have no problems boarding and traveling the buses.

              I booked ticket for 131 AC bus from golden chemical stop to bharat ratna ambedkar stop through online nmmt app.
              Ticket got booked and amount of rs 57 was also debited from my account.
              But bus conductor told me that online booking has been shutdown for almost 2 years now. Due to that I had to take another ticket in bus of rs 60. I am at loss now kindly resolve my problem. If online booking is closed why they have still kept app open for booking.

                As there are only 2 buses from Ulwe to reach Navi Mumbai, hence requesting to increase the frequency of buses in the morning. As people travelling for office purpose need to reach on time. Hence requesting to look into this matter and make the specific changes.

                  This Bus is west off time for travel vashi to andheri . If depo not want to serve service properly tthen please don't West time off people's which Waiting this bus for long time 1 to 2 hr
                  In between suppose bus reached they then conductor not allowing for Gov. Ruls This appreciated but got bus at that time bus will be go to ghatkoper depo only . If Bus no 533 is for andheri then why it's Chang root on time it's very herashiable for people's i Will suggest people don't west time for this bus it's totally out off service maybe.

                    As government has declared unlock 1.0 then also there are no buses (Especially 31 & 34 no) for travelling, app tracking is also closed then how will common man can travel? Municipal corporation should have a look in this matter as this is resulting in scissor to the pocket of common man.

                      Bad form of seat reservation introduced for ladies. They occupy back seats and no one sits on the front seats reserved for them. Conductor is talking like a helpless man and in very low voice. There should be a rule for ladies to first fill up reserved seats then only they should be allowed to sit on other seats. Bus number mh 43 h 5349. Borivali station east to vashi. 9:20 am at national park. Ladies seats remained vacant till goregaon and men were all standing.

                        Request you to please arrange to increase the NMMT buses to ROUTE NO. 30,
                        People are facing daily with uncomfortable feeling in traveling from Uran to Belapur, Kalamboli, where the people unable to reach their destination on time, and most of the working people are very difficult to reach on time to their office/work.
                        At least frequency is required of every 10 minutes in the morning and evening hours.
                        Other routs are with better service and frequency, why not to Uran.
                        your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                        There is no AC bus available since 1.30 mins from Dombivli to Vashi. and no bus from Kalyan to Vashi since 40 mins. It is morning time and no bus frequency. This is how NMMT operates! Pathetic frequency hence people prefer train over NMMT.
                        Still the problem persists. too much difficulties for the students. and now the timings are also restricted last bus from kalamboli is at 8.30 PM.

                          Increase frequency of bus no. 23
                          Sir as you are aware that the train services have not starred to ulwe node and the node is heavily populated. Frequency is bus no.23 is very bad during peak hours - ulwe to belapur (8am to 10 am) and belapur to ulwe from 6pm to 9pm. Bus comes after 30 mins and are so crowded that ladies and old people cannot get inside the bus. Nmmc should make sure the node is well connected and general public commuters are not inconvenienced and harassed like this. The construction activity has further increased the travel time so increasing the frequency is a must.

                          Many of my friends also have the same complaint in belapur bus depot and compliant board (National consumer complaint forum).

                            Hi, today i was waiting in chetana bus stop for belapur bus. At 10:00am on bus arrives but not stoped on bus stop, i tried to show hand but bus driver driven bus speedly. If i tried to catch bus it meight injured to me. Because of this kind of behavior public is not using services. Requesting to that driver take only ur family memebrs for ride. Other passengers are fools who are still accepting proper services for citizen.
                            This Kalamboli bus depot pass counter window timing is morning 8.00 am but it is open at 9.00 am daily...Kindly do something and resolve this as early as possible please...

                              We are regular traveller from Thane Viviana Mall to Mira road.We work in the mall and when we leave mall at 9.00 pm or 10.pm .But we dont get any NMMt bus from viviana mall stop to mira road.(Request you to pls run bus no 57 till 10.15pm from Viviana mall).or else we have to go walking to Majiwad naka.at majiwada naka also frequency after 9pm is very low.request you to pls increase frequency of NmMt bus no 57 & 58 after 9pm from Viviana Mall & Majiwada Naka to Mira Road.

                                I am daily traveler of nmmt bus no 42 from koparkhairne to dombivli & also quarterly pass holder.
                                Last 15 days bus which is departure from vashi @ 7.55 am is not came regular.
                                When we inquire about bus at turbhe depot they said that all 42 buses are went in time & when we inquire vashi staff he said that one of them is failure.
                                We unable to reach in time to attend our duty.
                                Horrible thing is at the time of return journey after 6.0 pm there are nothing found bus at least one hour & above means no timing of bus daily.
                                We have to pay extra money to private vehicles.

                                Please look in to the matter, matter is so serious.
                                Request you to please arrange to increase the buses to ROUTE NO. 30,
                                Where the people unable to travel on time to their work.
                                your immediate action will be highly appreciated.

                                  Mh 43 h 5465 conductor had a fight with lady passenger because she did not pull out money out of her wallet in advance as per conductor. Driver also stopped the bus and got into argument with the lady passenger and was rash driving the bus. Infact the driver was barely waiting at the bus stops for passengers to board the bus. The incident occured at kharghar sec 34 where a guy was saved from coming under the bus. Request you to kindly take immediate action. This incident occured on 15th of june 2017 at 7.30 pm... The bus route number is 55 and starts from ghansoli to taloja

                                    The residents o[censored]lwe ( navi mumbai) are facing lot of transportation problem as school, college children & working people cannot reach their required destination on time as there rae only two buses from ulwe to vashi i.e. nmmt bus no 18 & 17 and other problem is the frequency of these two buses which il low. we all are facing a lot of proble.                                     Today morning on 3/2/2017. At around 7:45 in the morning your bus number. MH43H5165 near Koparkhairne Petrolpump was driving restless and very dangerous. I was travellling with my son and due to this driver I could have loose my life. On enquiry with driver he started scolding me instead of sorry. Highly unresponsible driver and inhuman.

                                      NMMT Bus services at CIDCO Thane has improper timings in morning rush hours for office goers school college students. Nearly 7 to 8 buses (001, 011, 004, 027, 008 etc) come down to CIDCO Thane in morning hours during 7.30 to 8.00am and will halt for more than half an hour to 40 minutes making it inconvenient for passengers (These drivers conductors waste their time having breakfast etc.) and by the time all bus stops are rushed up. Atleast after every 5 to 10 minutes there must be continuous bus services making it convenient for office goers school/college children so that they can reach on time. If NMMT has increased the ticket fare from Rs.15/- onwards from thane then there must be proper service given to passengers. The same problem we face during evening time. Please look into the matter and do the needful. Regards

                                        I Stay in Mansarovar Kalamboli, Incident happened yesterday i was passing by from Mansarovar Station to my Home ans was passing from road. After some distance from station ahead, beacause of One Pot hole i came on slightly on road and at the same time one of NMMT bus was passing from my behind. I dont know what was happned to the driver he stopped the bus he was giving me litterly bad Cursing ( Galiya) which was highly ambarsing to me and no one was there to stop him. This incident happned around 10.30 pm on 24-Aug, Kindly take Strict action against the Driver other wise i will go the Media and Women Welfare Commitee against NMMT.

                                          I am a student of management studies.Daily, I travel by bus no 30 for the college.Today when I was traveling I asked conductor ( ID no 1904, C-648, Akola) a ticket which cost Rs.27, I gave him 30 Rs and asked for change.He told me he will give later on. Therefore I offered him 2 rs so that he can give me rs 5.but he told that he will give later.So I got relaxed and went to sleep.But after 1 hour I realized that 3 rs are remaining with conductor so I asked again but he asked to hold on.At the end as my stop was nearer I asked again so he took 2 rupees and gave me 5 rupees note which was in very bad condition and teared one.So I asked him to change the note or give me coin.Then he started arguing and using abusive language for me. I asked him to keep quit but he continued to do so therefore even I had to have quarrel with him and ultimately he changed the note with 5 Rs. coin.
                                          My sincere request to NMMT officers is that please conduct some kind of behavioral training to all conductors and drivers so that they can be able to behave normally and with polite manner.They really need it.Also they should be told that sincerity is best policy.By taking and capturing change and 2-3 Rs of the passengers they are not going to become rich. tremendous amount of work is required on the mentality.
                                          I hope this request will reach responsible authority of NMMT and appropriate action will be taken for the betterment and bearable travel in NMMT.

                                          Hi,
                                          I was travelling in NMMT bus number 100 (Vashi to Mulund ) from Vashi to Koparkhairne on 23rd March 2013, around 2.10 pm..I was not aware of the destination.so asked the conductor to give me a ticket till koparkhairne station.He gave it to me for Rs.9. later i got to know that the bus will go till Millenium Business park in Mahape.So i asked him to give me a ticket till there..He got rude and said that use that ticket, he wont give me a new one and he was arrogant..Later when a passenger asked for a same ticket.he took mine and gave it to him and gave me a new one mumbling something..
                                          I asked him to talk politely. He replied that whether should he talk to me as if talking to a child and got into an argument. He became angry and asked me what i will do if he doesnt talk politely.
                                          I asked his badge number..he told it as 0212 and his name as Raju Mhatre which i doubt he faked.He said jo karna hai kar le..he is not afraid.
                                          So i have noted the vehicle number as MH 43 H5247 bus timing 2.10pm at Vashi.

                                          Kindly teach such rude conductors some manners, because they are not doing a favor in helping the passengers.

                                            Bus no. MH 43H 5129 running on route no. 123 asked for double price of ticket for carrying a luggage.
                                            On arguing, he said only office bag is allowed, rest all comes as a luggage.
                                            I couldn't understand this concept & even if it is considered as a luggage, why should it be charged a whole ticket price. Rs 10-20 at max should be fine for luggage.
                                            Please look into this, as it's of no use to run this bus from Borivali Station(E). Passengers are definitely going to carry little bit of luggage.

                                              The route of NMMT's AC Bus route no.123 was changed between UTSAV CHOWK at kharghar and Belapur CBD. The New route is via Hiranandani - Highway. On 01.04.2012, I waited for the BUS at Rail Vihar stop not knowing the change in the route.
                                              On 08.04.2012, I went to the Bus Stop at Bank of India, to my surprise the 08.00 AM Bus went by the old route. I wish this should be probed into and the crew suitably counseled.

                                                MH-43/ H 5092 NMMT Bus (No. 112) which goes from Mulund west to Vashi has been started from couple of months. We have observed that the Driver and the Conductor make sure that they don't display the board (ie Number and the route). The poor public doesn't know the route and therefore doesn't get in. These government servants are wasting resources and cheating public. When the public complained about this situation they ignored it.

                                                Request to check this issue by alloting an inspector and catch hold of them and make things easier for people. The poor passengers have to get into overloaded buses and suffer when they can easily travel in this bus. Kindly look into the matter, it will be of great help.

                                                  This is to bring to your kind notification, with regards to the Bus facilities of Route no: 11 {NMMT}, Stands to gone astray even in the cock-crow hours and even during the sundown peek hours.

                                                  The passengers need to kill time for protracted hours, quite habitually the timing for the dusk after 17:00 hrs the Route no: 11 buses are not at all seen, we are made to experience a lot on a daily basis.

                                                  When asked the reasons are an assortment of:

                                                  1. The kalwa route is dreadfully hectic.
                                                  2. The traffic persists for stretched hours.
                                                  3. The route was misrepresented by the starter at the last minute.
                                                  4. Pathetic buses.
                                                  5. Punctures
                                                  6. Servicing etc …….

                                                  Reasonably often the route no: 11 buses are seen punctured.

                                                  Many complaints have been stuck fast for the same on the net which are still un-answered.

                                                  It’s a meek appeal to please gaze into the issue at the most primitive with an undeviating resolution.
