No Advance — Bona Fide certificate

My name is Om choubey studying Bcom(Prog.), Currently in 6th semester .I just want to ask for which purpose have you made them to seat( at window 16 D) if they can't resolve my single request. I just need a bonafide certificate, it will probably take 5 to 10 minutes to fetch my details .I have to travel 2 hrs to come here. This is my second time here, first she says bring this document, bring that document, not at once but in installment. And when I provided my all documents, she says it's time for lunch, come after 1 or 2 hrs. Is there any sense, I already came travelling 2 hrs, provided all documents and now what, I have to wait for 2 hrs.
