No Advance — Cutting cows in house

Hi iam farook from hyderabad. we have an issue regarding my nebiours they are cutting cows & buffalos in front of their house apart of this they taking out oil from animal fats regular which developing mosquitos n very very bad smell aswell pollution at night times. we are spending sleep less nights daily, all the pollution spreading surroundings which irritates us.we have complain in ghmc but they are not taking any action. I have two small kids dont sleep in the night due to this also health issues raising. I hope the same problem would be there with my neighbours also. Hence i request your immediate action to help us out of this problem..
