No Advance — Return of damage bed

I purchase One box bed size 516.5 from above firm on 16/02/2020 vide bill No. 039 (GST No. 20EPGPK3433C1ZJ on line. As the quality of bed very poor and the bed broken within three months, I requested above firm on mobile No. [protected], [protected] so may times to return the above bed. They assure me that they will receive back within short time if any problems. But after lapse of 05 months, they did not taken the bed back.
