Dear Authority,
We are residents of althan road, bhatar, surat. we are having extreme pain from street dogs. they are barking all night long and creating inconvience for people to pass by the street. our children are not safe and they had even bitten some childrens and adults, our childrens are scared of getting out of our houses they even ener our buidings damage our vehicles, we are terified with this nuisance.
