I opted for a money-back plan for renting out my apartment. While enrolling on this plan, No Broker executive had briefed me in verbal as well as in writings that they will refund fully if I find a tenant from other sources. I did find out tenants from outside sources within a week of enrollment. Meanwhile, they never provided any service or brought up a potential tenant for my home. After a week they refunded some amount deducting the service fee for the service that they never provided. Upon enquiring with the same executive, she said it is a fault from their side and she will submit a query to their accounts team and make sure they will refund the service fee as well. It has been a month and I never received any amount. She was keeping on telling different target dates to issue the refund but never achieved one. They promise something but deliver something underrated. They are not trustworthy especially their executives/ agents. I have attached the chat history with No broker executive here. More than the issues, the way of their customer service hurts us a lot. They proved themselves not trustworthy, as the response time and response methods will keep on fading as time moves.
