I have paid 3786 rs for the rent agreement service on 15 th May 2025. Its been one month completed but still no progress from No broker. No body is responding to call and not even replying back on call and emails. Now I am getting a feeling of fraud from No broker as nobody is reponding...

Dear Mr Agarwal Ji,
This is to bring your kind notice that I joined in the No Broker App and paid an amount of Rs.7078.82/- on 10th February 2024 on a refundable basis.
As per the advice of your people, opted Tenant Super Relax Plat and paid balance of Rs.1770/-on 15th February 2024. After that your people tried
to show one property that is Hallmark Vicinia at Hyderabad but failed. From there onwards, neither called me nor responded for the required properties.
Is it fair as a company not to show even one property as required? Then I asked for a refund of my entire amount on 19th March Stating
"because not extended any service since the beginning". Again on 21st March, I sent one message stated that "given ten days notice to refund
the amount otherwise i will send the legal notice". Then Shruthi C responded as "will arrange cb from the concerned department".
Then on 27th March, I sent a message saying that "expect cb asap". Since then no reply. For your kind reference, all you can see in the chat also.
I request your intervention in this regard and arrange to refund the entire amount asap. given mails on April 2nd April 16th 2024.

After subscribing their plan for 2000 plus rupees, I was not able to access the owner’s details. When given complaint, they said due to technical issue from their end and the issue get resolved in 12 hours. They failed to give the solution even after more than 15 days.

Hi Team,
I have shifted to Pune from Gurgaon and i had chosen No Broker for house relocation.
I have already made the payment in advance.
I am calling to customer care daily and they dont have any update on this, Everytime they are saying it will take one week more.
There are 3 items which are missing.
1. Dining Table(Marble)
2, Temple(Marble)
3. Activa side mirror
items are costly approx 1.2 L.
Some items were broken when they were delivered.
Dining chairs, Temple lower part, Sandwich maker, Sewing Machine
No Broken dont care about Customers and they are bad in service.

Refund against Super Seller Money Back plan
I used No Broker's Seller Super Money Back Plan to sell my flat, paying ~₹25, 000 on August 8, 2023. A relationship manager, Mr. Jawad Shaik, was assigned on August 9, along with Field Relationship Manager Mr. Vikram, who visited my property for photos. On August 21, I informed Mr. Jawad of my decision not to sell and asked about a refund process. He said he'd discuss it with seniors.
On August 24, Mr. Ajay Kumar Barik, Mr. Jawad's boss, contacted me and mentioned a deduction of ₹125/day for 12 days (totaling ₹1, 500), to which I agreed. He promised to revert after an internal discussion but never did. When I called on August 24, someone else answered, stating he was on another call.
Later, Mr. Sachin, also claiming to be Mr. Jawad's boss, contacted me on 26th Aug., and I explained the situation to him as well. He assured a callback after an internal discussion and mentioned a 10-11 day refund process. However, I never received any follow-up calls. Despite emailing and sending reminders, there was no response. Customer care calls on August 28 and September 4 yielded no results either. No Broker services are worst and should not be taken. It's indeed frustrating when it seems like there's a lack of accountability in customer service. Please help me in getting my money back. Thanks,

Nobroker — Unprofessional service by unfit team of people.
I opted for super relax plan paying Rs.6500/- on May 17, 2023 to find a tenant
for my house and nobroker assigned Ms. Sushmitha as my Relationship Manager and
Mr.Praveen Yadav as FRM.
Before making the payment for the plan Mr.Ganesh contacted me and promised several
benifits of taking this plan and finding a tenant within 15 days of assigning RM
and FRM though the plan is of 45 days and he vanished after taking the payment.
The nobroker team is just showing leads in the app and we will not know the
genuineness of the leads as they may be asking their friends or someone to call
so that they can show leads but they do nothing to find a tenant once the payment
is made.
Customer relationship manager talks all the process, agreement, house visit,
photograph of property and many more benifits and when connected no compliance.
While I did not get any response from RM & FRM, not even a single house visit for
15 days, I called nobroker to cancel my plan and refund the amount of 15 days
i.e Rs. 3250/-.
With high disappointment, I am writing to complain about the standard of nobroker
and the attitude of Rm's and Frm's and incompetent personnel, who failed to fulfil
their professional responsibilities. The NoBroker Customer service is at its worst,
and despite 24/7 call-back assurance, no one contacted to update me on the refund
status.
My attempt to reach the senior management to raise the issue did not work out as
they simply connect to their co workers and do not address the issue.
Please intervene and refund my amount.

The promises made by the No Broker team are false.They say that the the painting team are No Broker employees but factually they are only outsourcing the job to local vendors.
Once the money is paid, they follow a hands off approach to the customer.The customer has to take responsibility of his own job.They will never visit the site.Only just before the completion they start demanding money.

My package not delivered on time and more delay , worst response

Hi team, I am facing issues with no broker packers and movers .I have booked package moving from bangalore to tirunelveli on booking date 1st may, nayak packers and movers packed my packages at home on 1st may 2:38pm pick up done. I am in TIrunelveli waiting for the package, I followed multiple times with movement manager Tejaswini vibhuti, Chaitanya and Nayak packers multiples times, still my package is not dispatched from bangalore,
Chaitanya and Tejaswini given false information to me and dispatch is not started still now from bangalore, pickup started from my home on 1st .ay 2:38pm today Is the fourth day still my package dispatch is not started from bangalore, I called many times and movement managers Tejaswini and Chaitanya told false information like dispatch started from bangalore, but really scenario now is still dispatch not done from nayak packers and movers. Me and my family with my baby is suffering due to false informaction from no broker and we are staying outside in hotel due to waiting for the package.

Placed service request for AC uninstallation and installation, 2 lazy fellows came who were even not ready to remove the outdoor, we helped in removing and once there came to Installation again outdoor has to be placed in outer Window, were already the outdoor was placed by Old tenant and every provision was there, but they clearly refused doing the work and returned without Installing, whereas the charges for Unistallation was 549/- + Installation 1309/= + GST 342 + Safety fee 10/-...N number of calls i got from No broker service for getting the deal before payment, now after this issue not even a single executive bothered to call me concerned this, even after my continuos followups on Support chat with executives they are simply commiting our person will call. but no further action, We believed No broker as a trusted and ease app, but it totally disappointed us...I am even not getting any refund.

Unethical Behaviour -Dual Payment for one service

1. On 01 Jan 2023, I took freedom plan on my cell number [protected].
2. Within 10 min I called up NoBroker helpdesk and asked to change my mobile number to [protected].
3. Mr Jafar from helpdesk advised me to take another membership on my new number and then he would initiate refund for my old number.
4. I followed his advise and paid Rs 1769/-twice.
5. Despite continuously following up, am still awaiting the refund of Rs 1769 for my old account [protected] (Ticket no -#[protected].

As No Broker company has suggested, I have taken the service for the warehouse ( storage company name : we care packers and movers ) from April 2021 to till date.
Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and got the Item from the storage.
I was very much disappointed after receiving the Items. I have got many damaged items.
The most disappointing thing for me is the damaged TV, which I bought rein Aug 2020 at the price of Rs.50000.
I have all the detail conversation for taking warehouse service with No Broker. Customer Reference Number: HSPM-1675554.
I have tried to connect both the company No Broker and We care packers and Movers but all in vein. No one responding for this matter. Day by day I am getting mental pressure.
Recently I have shifted to Bangalore and got the Item from the storage.
I was very much disappointed after receiving the Items. I have got many damaged items.

I have booked a service on no broker for sofa and cushion cleaning services on sat 15th Oct 2022. They called on the same day and said due to inconvenience our executive cam come on Monday and also he said I will give you cash back of Rs.100/-, i said ok you can rescheduled on Monday 11.30, still no one has turn up and they rescheduled on Tuesday, 18th Oct at 1.30pm still no one has come for cleaning and neither they have called and inform about whether any one is coming or not. I called the customer care almost for 5 times only once they have answer and that too he said i will check and kept on hold and did not answered again.
This is high time i want my money back, I don't want any service from them.

Property ad inactive for even 1 month
I posted the Property ads in No Broker. But even after 1 month the ads are still inactive. I contacted the No Broker Customer care via phone and email about the issue. But there is no proper response from them and they just said its a technical fault. Its more than 1 month now, the properties are still inactive.

PG scam in Rakshak Nagar, Pune
Contacted owner via No Broker. Asked me for Aadhar, photo and 2k deposit for visiting card. Then kept asking me for money and said that I'm paying the wrong amount. Told me to pay a higher amount in order to get refund for all the money paid. Lost 52k already and they are not refunding at all. Lodged complaint at bank and cybercrime.gov.in.

Opted for No Broker Company -NRI Service for Rental Property Management.
Terrible quality of work done on Property. Authorized work to be done on property. Amount charged was 15K. But terrible quality of work. Used items where put although charging for new.
Raised issues with Grievance Team in No Broker. Grievance Team ignored and looked they knew I was being cheated.
Followed couple of times with NB Grievance Team they kept ignoring my concerns and complaints. I shared with Photographs and ebalorating the issue, but no one in Grievance Team bothered to understand and beither spoke with me,
There was no willingness to resolve OR address my issues.

I took Owner Super money back plan from "Nobroker.in" worth 12000 Rs including taxes. The agency promised me that they will find a tenant for sure and if they didn't find the tenant in 60 days, they will refund the whole amount. They will provide Relationship manager and Field service manager also and my apartment ad will be listed as premium in top page. This agency is a fraud company cheating customers, taking their money and making false...

Information is wrong
I have enabled freedom plan (Rs. 999 + GST) in no broker, but all contacts have wrong information. Raised complaint against them (complaint no[protected] ask refund).
As per plan no refund, but it is excepting scenario. All the info is wrong means what is the purpose of enable the plan. They simply say no refund that it.

I bought a Moneyback plan from Nobroker and was assured of best services like full support from RM, scheduled visits, and complete guidance. Post buying the plan, I was not provided any support by the RM, there were no tenants suggested by him and most of the time he was completely unavailable to attend any calls. Even after reaching their support team, they would always say we will get back to you and no one cared to call back.
I feel completely cheated and stuck and have lost my hard earned money.

Weekend holidays and Eid holiday, there has been no visit arranged even though leads lying in the app as your RM was on leave! These same days there were tenants arranged by other brokers in different flats of the same building and tenants arranged for those flats by other brokers even though they are on top floors with no lift. But not a single visit also arranged for my flat even though it's on ground floor and very convenient to stay!!!
From the start I was telling your agent that I will negotiate upto 23k... Today morning I have informed her that I can negotiate upto 21k also. Do you want me to give the flat for free of rent now???????? As your agents are not interested in 21k...23k rent also???? Whereas same building 4th floor rent is 21...22k. but ground floor it's still high???? How come??
I have listed in my previous mails including old photos of property uploaded by you all in Social Media, in spite of me telling you this I still saw the old pics in Instagram yesterday. How will tenants get attracted if you show old photos of property to them? That too after me paying so much fee to you!!! You have already lost 15 precious days as there was a public holiday also in this which we could have used to increase visits but in vain!
I am utterly disappointed with your services and want my refund back asap. I do not want to go ahead with your services. KINDLY REFUND MY MONEY ASAP AND OBLIGE!!
I bought a Moneyback plan from Nobroker and was assured of best services like full support from RM, scheduled visits, and complete guidance. Post buying the plan, I was not provided any support by the RM, there were no tenants suggested by him and most of the time he was completely unavailable to attend any calls. Even after reaching their support team, they would always say we will get back to you and no one cared to call back.
I feel completely cheated and stuck and have lost my hard earned money.

Complaint on NoBroker Services
I booked Nobroker packers & Movers to deliver from Hyderabad to Bangalore. On 28th April 2022 they picked up all package from Hyderabad. There are 2 items which are missing and customer support team is even stopped picking up calls and not providing any status or expected date of delivery. I am not sure the what happen to my package and will they be able to track or not.
I am following with the packers and movers for the packages and the Nobroker team is really not bothered. The movement manager has stopped answering our calls. Really Pathetic.

My flat could not be sold after 3 months in that case company has to return the money but now they are cheating and not ready to return. Even though I have confirmed many times that my flat is not sold tiil date.

I have used NoBroker service for house shifting. They didn't handle the AC Properly and Gas leaked from the AC Outdoor unit after the installation and I had to spend an additional 3500 RS To get it fixed. When I wrote to No broker guys they mentioned it was not their mistake and can not refund the amount.
