No Company — Illegal construction going on on Cidco acquired land

Hello, I am from taloja village as a responsible citizen I wanted to inform you about illegal construction going on in taloja village on a Cidco acquired land. Some villagers are doing a illegal construction of a 2 storey building on the land which Cidco has acquired.The land is near pond/talab of taloja village you can see it on the survey map attached. The survey number of plot is 5a and I have attached a picture of illegal construction in which in background you can see pond/ talab.you can check the land record by using survey number 5 in this website bhulekhmahagov.in.I had also complaint in Kharghar municipal corporation and in CIDCO illegal construction department but they took no action.so as you are only the one who can stop this very big illegal construction.so I have written letter to you and I request you to take legal action against it and stop the construction
