This is to inform you in kind notice that I am residing at NANA COMPLEX E-WING SECTOR NO 23 JUINAGAR NAVI MUMBAI -400706 would like to express our concern about the Water Seepage Problem We are facing every year during the Monsoon Season. This issue is not only damaging the walls but also weakening the strength of our building.

Despite previous complaints, no action has been taken to address the ongoing issue, which is causing damage to our walls and compromising the building's integrity. This situation requires urgent intervention to prevent further damage to residents' property and ensure safety.

I kindly request your immediate attention and action on this matter. Your prompt response would be greatly appreciated.

    Sir/Madam

    I would like to draw your attention to the irregular supply of water in our building. There is no sufficient amount of water provided to our building whereas the neighboring buildings have a proper water supply. This issue of irregular water supply is going on for more than 2month. Sometimes the water is not at all supplied and while other times it is supplied for a very short time.

    There were many complaints made in the CIDCO Water Utility Office(Kharghar) office but it was of no use. The authorities (Rahul Sarode ) have not taken any concern steps to improve it.

    We also requested Water Tankers from CIDCO but there was no water supplied to us after several requests were made. Please look into this matter as we facing severe problems because of the water issues.

    I shall be thankful to you if our complaint is resolved.

      Water is not supplied regularly in Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD CHS Ltd in Sector 9 Khanda Colony, New Panvel West Navi Mumbai Plot 52 for the last 44 months. Since Dec 2020 every week on Monday and Tuesday there is no water supply citing no reasons. Overall there was no water supply for 9 days in Dec 20, 8 days each in Jan 21 and Feb 21, 10 days in Mar, 11 days in Apr, 15 days each in May and Jun, 5 days in Jul, 6 days in Aug, 2 days in Sep, 3 days in Oct, 1 day in Nov, 2 days in Dec 21, 1 day in Jan 22, 1 day in Feb, 3 days in Mar, 2 days each in May and Jun, 3 days each in Jul, Aug, Oct and Nov 22, 5 days in January 23, 1 day in April 23, 3 days in May 23, 6 days in Aug 23, 1 day in Sep 23, 7 days in Oct 23, 2 days in Nov 23, 3 days in Feb 24, 6 days in Mar 24, 2 days in Apr 24, 3 days in May 24, 4 days in June 24, 1 day in July 24 amounting to 160 days of no water despite there being sufficient water available in the other societies in the vicinity during the same period. This is deliberately done by MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society to harass the residents time and again and to torture them. Residents pay high Society maintenance charges regularly well before the due date as they can't afford to pay 21% interest. For deficiency of service the Society must refund 30% of the maintenance back to the residents with 21% interest. However this is not done nor is there a reduction in the society maintenance. Apart from this the society residents pay "Cidco Service Charges" amounting to Rs 13000/- Per month to the society. Cidco service charges are still levied by the society as Service Charges despite the residents already having paid property tax from Oct 16 to Mar 24 including water charges for these 7.5 years.The Society does not arrange for any water tankers to resolve the issue during those days. For these 160 days without water the Society should refund Rs 50 per day i. e Rs 8000 to each member as water tankers were not arranged. The noticeboard at Haware Vrindavan Tower ABD displays the words "CIDCO kadhoon paani cha prabhav ati mandh aahe" or "Cidco kadhoon paani bandh aahe". However there is no water supply even after the shutdown timings specified with much fanfare by CIDCO. The residents use water judiciously and there are 126 flats in this society. The residents have invested their life savings in this home and cannot afford to purchase another property. Their lives have become miserable after the water cuts. It is also alleged that the Waterman Mr Swar [protected]/[protected] does not pump water properly acting on the instructions of the Managing Committee. The Society MC misuses it's powers and instructs the Waterman to stop water supply. The residents are human beings and not cattle. The Society MC has converted this Society into a SLUM by misusing the powers. The residents are in deep depression because of the illegal and fraudulent water cuts imposed by CIDCO, PMC, MJP and therefore MJP, CIDCO, PMC and the Society are wholly and solely responsible for their condition today. The residents are scared to complain fearing harassment from the Society MC. The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Registrar of Cooperative Societies to initiate a CBI enquiry and take stringent action and necessary steps immediately to refrain CIDCO, PMC, MJP from imposing illegal water cuts and direct the Society to refund 30% maintenance with interest to the residents and take steps to redress the impending grievances and resolve them permanently. The cidco service charges charged by the society should also be refunded back to the residents immediately to resolve the issue and the society should refrain from levying cidco service charges in the monthly bills. In Mumbai City, there are no such water cuts imposed by BMC. Cidco stops water supply citing maintenance. All these 44 months, the residents want to know what maintenance has been done by stopping water supply. Residents living in MMR also pay the same rate of tax as levied in Mumbai City. It was the Maharashtra government which encouraged residents to shift to Navi Mumbai (Vashi to Panvel /Airoli) to reduce congestion in the city. Now even after so many years there are no basic amenities for the residents.The residents appeal to the Honourable Prime Minister and Registrar of Cooperative Societies to initiate a CBI enquiry and take stringent action and necessary steps immediately to refrain CIDCO, PMC, MJP from imposing illegal water cuts and direct the Society to refund 30% maintenance with interest to the residents and take steps to redress the impending grievances and resolve them permanently.

        Hello we complaint to the society chairman and the flat owner above us Mr. Ponnuswammy, he stays in Chennai and is not interested in management of the flat, the toilets are leaking and the roof is getting weakened due to this reason, pls pls urgent help

                  My self Ramesh Katare Citizen of Karanjade, Panvel we are suffering long time due to dirty water supply.

                  My self was ill in Jan 2024 month then my wife get illness and then my daughter is now hospitalise in chirayu hospital khanda colony still not discharged.She is suffering loose motion vomiting from last 2 days.

                  Doctor also diagnosed diseases are water borne and suggest drink purified water. My family consume water supplied by CIDCO and it is very dirty.

                  Near by my location many people suffering from same heath issue. If any mishap the CIDCO is whole responsible for that.

                      We have been facing poor and very less water supply in Sector-3, Karanjade, Panvel for past few months. All residents are facing tremendous water issue. Due to poor and less water supply by CIDCO all societies are compelled to call for water tankers resulting into heavy financial burden on them. Request to visit the area on Top Priorty and/or restore the water supply with good amount of pressure for the Sector immediately.

                        There is a need to urgently address the increasing problems caused by stray dogs in Ulwe Sector 9, specifically near plot no. 77.

                        The rising population of stray dogs has led to disturbances for residents, with continuous barking and nightly fights making it difficult to sleep. Additionally, the situation poses a significant risk to public safety, as incidents of dog attacks on children and women have been reported.

                        My wife and I recently encountered a group of 5-6 dogs, fortunately escaping harm with the help of a security guard. To ensure the safety of residents, I kindly request your assistance in deploying the dog catcher team promptly to address this pressing issue.

                          I have applied to CIDCO Naina lottery draw dated 29th November 2023 and I have not received lottery EMD refund amount INR. 4000.00 in my registered a/c of bank.

                          It was stated that the refund shall be provided within a max of 15 days from the date of lottery draw for an applicant who is not winner of the scheme. Since past 27-28 days in the payment status, it is reflecting as a refund in the process and doesn't change.
