No Company — received mismatched product

I have mailed many times to this mail id care. [protected]@gmail.com, didn't get response.

I have ordered blue coloured long kurti and received item on[protected]. (Order no. Ft[protected]
I am very disappointed after getting your item. The received item is entirely different from ordered item. I didn't like the delivered item. I need to get refund immediately. Please do the refunding process as soon as possible.
I am very disappointed with this purchase. You guys are not replying my mail.
I have attached a photocopy of my receipt as proof of purchase. I would like to have this problem fixed quickly please. If i do not hear from you within 10 days, i will lodge a formal complaint with consumer affairs in my state.
