No Name — huge noise of machines - in residential area factory located

In residential area factory is located besides my house and there is the industrial noise of machines, grinding and cutting of metals and there is no timings to the factory its run 24*7 even sundays also. My mother is 60 yrs old she is a govt. Employee she as go office early 6:30am she unable to sleep due to noise thru out night and its effecting to her health very badly.
Complaint given house owner but no action been taken since 2 months.
