18-Jul-2021 : Order no. 248693 for 7 items worth INR 3, 375.40 placed (payment made online)
5-Aug-2021 : Part order of 3 items worth INR 1, 399 was not delivered till 5-Aug. So, I wrote to company on instagram chat that I am unable to cancel order.
Till Today (3-Sep-2021) : I am still following up for cancellation and refund of INR 1, 399
(The above is just one of the issues I have faced amongst 4 orders that I placed with the company)
