I had purchased an item from the site and hence didn't liked the product after receiving the same. So placed a complaint for return but haven't received any reply from the other side. It's been almost 4 months soon to be a month since purchase.

Place order (ID : N346921) online on nobero.com on dtd 19/4/2022 .
For track pant .Payment online during the order. but till today ( 20/5/2022)
after one month they have not send my order materials and i have informed 3/4 times to cancel my order and refund my money but they are not giving any reply.

18-Jul-2021 : Order no. 248693 for 7 items worth INR 3, 375.40 placed (payment made online)

5-Aug-2021 : Part order of 3 items worth INR 1, 399 was not delivered till 5-Aug. So, I wrote to company on instagram chat that I am unable to cancel order.

Till Today (3-Sep-2021) : I am still following up for cancellation and refund of INR 1, 399
