I purchased a new device on 20th july and got delivered on 24th july it was fine for next two days then suddenly sound get currupted and remote stopped working when i complain on 1st of aug an executive visit on 4th aug and said it will be exchange after three days when i call on costumer care they said for replacement you have to contact to flip kart and promised to modify the product. It's been only a week and sound stopped working this is something really bad service got from you, i am disappointed by the product. I want the replacement of the device as soon as possible. They guys are not providing service on time and not even providing the time to replace the product. How can i allow to open the device.
