Nobroker — Property management

I am an NRI and own an apartment in Bangalore which I rented to a tenant via nobroker. Here are all the things that are wrong with NoBroker.

1. It has been more than two months and I still have not received my deposit (1L rupees) and March and April rents.
2. I gave my IFSC and bank info to them and they say they are unable to send me the money. I checked separately with a friend and that account can receive money.br...

I visited a property through No Broker at Himagiri Green Forest Apartment, 7th Phase, JP Nagar in January 2024 and was okay with it. The relationship manager asked me to immediately pay Rs.10, 000 as token amount which I paid on 01st February 2024.
