I took a paid rental plan from NOBROKER and paid 8.5k for the same.
A sales telecaller reached out to me and booked the rental plan by saying that there are high enquiries (~65 enquires) of tenants in this area and they have committed that it will go on rental.
Not even a single enquiry received from them.
This is real cheating the customer and i wanted to speak to higher officials but not even a single call received...

I used NoBroker packers and movers service to shift my household items from Bangalore to New Delhi. The items were delivered on 25 March 2026. However, three items (mixer, gym equipment, and chair) are still missing and have not been delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the partner mover or NoBroker. I had taken ?2, 00, 000 insurance coverage for my goods, but NoBroker is offering very minimal compensation...

I purchased the plan while searching for apartments near my office. Unfortunately, I wasn’t able to find a suitable place through their platform, so I ended up finding one on my own.

When I approached them for a refund and shared my rental agreement, they declined the request, citing certain terms and conditions that I wasn’t clearly aware of at the time of purchase.

I made the payment online of 1, 124.57 on 20th. April at 1:44pm IST for renewing a rental agreement. The payment was done online on Noborker.com.
I have the confirmation for Noborker about their money being received at their end. There was no booking id created after the payament . The booking id is immeidately created and I am allowed to make the draft for creating a rental agreement. But Booking is not created and have made 3 different...

We had taken home loan through nobroker. Loan was disbursed on 2nd December 2025. As per their promise for cashback against processin charges & stamp duty they are supposed to send us amazon vouchers as a Cashback in maximum 2 months. I took a paid NoBroker service for finding a tenant for my apartment in Bangalore. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly promised that:

A professional photoshoot of the property would be conducted the following day, and
The property would be advertised on NoBroker’s portal, and
A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) would be available to assist me throughout the process.

We contacted the customer care and submitted the proofs of the payment and the transaction ids but all they said is that they have only received the payment only once. I purchased the Freedom Plan on 3 March 2026 with the assurance of receiving 25 owner contact numbers as part of the plan benefits.

However, to date, I have not received even a single valid owner contact. This is not in line with the commitment made at the time of purchase.

I enrolled Freedom plan by paying 2358.82 Rupees on 4th Feburary 2026. This plan said to provide owners details till 5th of Maay 2026. But Since the past 1 week, am not able to view the owners number because the app is failing to fetch the details. I tried connecting to customer service everyday. They attend the call and cut without event asking what the issue was.

Pathetic service!! Its a money extortion scheme first they will promise properties and assure you that there are ample options to choose from in your area and once you purchase the plan they simply vanish. Even after paying a hefty 8800 for their Super tenant plan and clearly stating the requirement to their executive at that time they promised almost 45-50 properties match my requirements and once i bought the premium nobody bothered to...

NoBroker turned out to be a disappointing experience.

I listed my property for rent and was repeatedly contacted by their sales team to purchase the Property Management Plan promising tenant visits, background checks, etc. I paid ₹29, 999.
