These guys should be banned from the industry.
Their system is crap. Hard to speak to anyone - they never pick up the calls.
The Field manager hinted at brokerage, and I am quite sure that he is probably only selling the flats that are offering him a lot of brokerages. Then why call themselves nobroker? And why take so much money upfront.
They play with people emotions. I even begged them to give me the buyer numbers....

Bought nobroker comprehensive property management service with a promise of refund and now when I got the tenant directly they are refusing to refund. They didnt even show the house to single tenant and still want to keep 22.5K I paid....

I have purchased super relax plan from NoBroker that include support from 2 relationship manager.
Problem 1 - Coordination and communication from NoBroker team.

Problem 2 - I found wrong flat is mapped for this service even after I clearly discussed about which flat to map for sales service.

I had purchased "Relax Plan" from them. But they are highly unprofessional. The RM allocated to me didn't bother to understand by urgency and requirements. He was always on "Auto reply" mode.
Even after escalating the issue to the higher authorities there, the quality of services remained extremely poor.
They are simply fooling people and I would not recommend anyone to use their any kind of services....

Created an account to browse through options and immediately regretted it.
The number of calls per day reached 15!!!
Finally managed to block calls and SMSs, however emails, that kept coming nonstop.
3 years later, I'm still receiving spam emails.
Using a data deletion site, I requested my account data be deleted and to stop sending spam emails.

I took a paid rental plan from NOBROKER and paid 8.5k for the same.
A sales telecaller reached out to me and booked the rental plan by saying that there are high enquiries (~65 enquires) of tenants in this area and they have committed that it will go on rental.
Not even a single enquiry received from them.
This is real cheating the customer and i wanted to speak to higher officials but not even a single call received...

I used NoBroker packers and movers service to shift my household items from Bangalore to New Delhi. The items were delivered on 25 March 2026. However, three items (mixer, gym equipment, and chair) are still missing and have not been delivered. Despite multiple follow-ups, there has been no proper response from the partner mover or NoBroker. I took a paid NoBroker service for finding a tenant for my apartment in Bangalore. At the time of purchase, I was explicitly promised that:

A professional photoshoot of the property would be conducted the following day, and
The property would be advertised on NoBroker’s portal, and
A dedicated Relationship Manager (RM) would be available to assist me throughout the process.
