Fraudulent activity and service not provided

I am writing this to raise a formal complaint regarding the extremely poor service and unfulfilled promises related to the NoBroker Tenant Relax Plan I purchased on 18th May 2025. I paid a total amount of ₹3, 538.82 including GST for the plan, expecting professional support in my house-hunting process in Chennai. I have contacted Ms. Anjali from customer care and given information about need 1 BHK, near Hanuman Road, Ville Parle east with in the range 28 K to 32 K. Not fully furnished.

Not getting the promised services from NoBroker team

I am an NRI based in the USA, and I engaged the NoBroker team to help me find a flat on rental in Hyderabad. I subscribed to their premier services and made the payment of Rs 9500. highly unsatisfactory service from no-broker

I chose nobroker services for shifting my households from Pune to Thiruvarur, Tamilnadu.

The shifting happened on 26th of Jan 2025. During booking the time committed was 8-10 days. Unable to get the refund of 21000

I had booked a flat for rent in Bangalore on 17th December using noBroker service. I had paid 21000 rupees to the noBroker team as service charge upon finalization of the apartment. 2 days later the owner backed out and said that he can't rent the apartment but the nobroker team has not refunded my 21000 yet. Nobroker Packers and Mover delaying delivery

Created an intercity NoBroker Packers and Movers order, and my belongings were picked up on October 18, 2024. I opted for storage since I hadn't finalized a rental house at the destination.
I finalized the rental house on December 20, 2024, and notified the delivery partner that I would be moving in on January 10, 2025.

I have availed Instacash from nobroker app and due to financial issues, i couldn`t make emi payment in the month of December. I now have funds in my account Nobroker has presented the cheque thrice due to which my account has been debited thrice. Please help.

    looting money through the no broker apps service

    As per the inconvenience caused by No Broker agent to fit the flush tank service booked, but they didn't resolved my problem and they charged 49 rupees as per the cancellation fee, though we didn't cancelled.     Unfair Cancellation Charges and Lack of Transparency

    I did deal for one property through Nobroker. They told me property is e khata and due to that i given token money as well as Nobroker end to end services 1.6 laksh. Nobroker said if legal will not clear then they will deduct 25k and will return my money back.

    Bescom Transfer | Previous Owner to Current Owner
