Nobroker Technology — Axis bank credit card fraud | |
On 24/07/2020 i got a phone call from an unknown number claiming to be a representative of axis bank from mumbai. She even provided me her details (Employee id - axis5712f, name - sneha agarwal). She was enquiring about whether i have received my new credit card or not. Later she herself provided me all the details of my new credit card. She was telling that i will be awarded reward points on my credit card and for that she had sent me an otp both on sms and email (Email id - secure. [protected]@axisbank.com). On denying to provide the otp she kept me busy on the call and later i received email and sms that amount has been spent on my credit card. This happened 4 times and 4 times i received email and sms that amount has been spent from my credit card. Then i blocked my credit card online and contacted axis bank customer care. As per them 2 transactions (Amounting 39395 and 39395) have failed and 2 transactions (Amounting 39395 and 39398 = 78793) have been spent on nobroker technologie. I even raised a service request with them and was provided a request id[protected]. Request you to please take necessary action against the fraudsters and help me get my money back. They are least bothered about customer's money... they say it is your problem and deal with law enforcement agencies...
