This complaint is regarding the unauthorized transactions that took place using my credit card on today 02nd of April 2022 through NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES.

The transaction mails/messages were as follows:-
---****** is the OTP for your transaction of INR 19190.00 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on your RBL Bank Credit Card ****. Valid for one time use. Do not share it with anyone.
--- Hi, you have spent INR 19, 190.00 at NOBROKER TECHNOLOGIES on[protected]; 12:35:23 pm using your SBI Bank Credit Card (XXXXXX). Your available Credit Limit is INR 24, 000.00
I got mails from SBI alert too.
Please note that I have neither participated nor authorized the transaction that is mentioned above, The transaction took place completely without my knowledge and the card was in my possession at all times. I notified the bank immediately when I noticed the transaction mail/message about the e-fraud.
Kindly help me in this.

On 24/07/2020 i got a phone call from an unknown number claiming to be a representative of axis bank from mumbai. She even provided me her details (Employee id - axis5712f, name - sneha agarwal). She was enquiring about whether i have received my new credit card or not. Later she herself provided me all the details of my new credit card. She was telling that i will be awarded reward points on my credit card and for that she had sent me an...

My mother mrs bina pani pal is holding ubi a/c no[protected].
On 14th nov around 4 30 pm one fraud call came. Identified himself as bank manager.
Asked whether want to continue atm service for the above mentioned a/c and asked for debit card no and cvv.
My mother mistakenly provided the same trusting the call and they debited amout 24745/- from the above mentioned a/c.

We complain a gd in local police station and made a complain in the nearest ubi bank to check on it.

Please look into the matter and help us getting the money back as it was a fraud call and we were trapped.
