I would like to highlight today's incident of afternoon 12PM at sec 18 Noida market parking staff, I was unwell and went to a printer shop to print some urgent documents and parked my car for less than 5mins near the shop where there were other cars parked too. Parking staff Vikash Kumar came along with 2 more men and locked my car tyre and asked me to pay 1000RS. He wasn’t wearing mask, not following social distancing and along with his 2 more staff he started talking in foul language when I told him that I am unwell and need to go while I pay the parking charges. He refused to help, said you can complain to Noida sec 20 authority, and you can go by walk. I called 119 helpline and 2 policemen came and instead of helping me they favored the parking guy and was mysteriously laughing at me instead of help. They asked me why I am roaming alone here. They were not wearing mask and were not maintaining social distancing. I requested the to wear the mask. Some more men from nearby shops came and they all started harassing, making fun and laughing. There was no one to support even the police which is considered to be our protector they were just standing! I was all alone and after about 1 hour of harassment I was left with no choice but to pay the challan of 1000 I paid and left. They were forcing me to pay cash but I refused as I didn’t have cash. The number of the parking authority employee Vikash Kumar is [protected]. Mobile number of the policeman is [protected] who came along with another colleague for providing no help. Attached is the picture of the 2 policemen who came, they refused to reveal their identity and even the name. One of the policemen said why are you roaming alone in market!! I told him am I not allowed to roam alone?? I mean what is he trying to say? Attached is the ID card of the parking authority employee who misbehaved. I want to highlight this incident so that the government should know how women are treated. Attached is the challan payment receipt which has an incorrect date and time! We have too faced similar situation. We have parked our car in front of Vijay sales. All the boards of no parking were covered by the Vijay sales trucks, which we could not see. And as their trucks were parked we have too parked our vehicle there.
After 30 min when we came back they have placed a hook in the wheel with a challenge note.

We keep on contacting the numbers provided in that fake look challan notice but no one was picking call. We tried to reach police, they were also helpless and says it's authority matter we cannot help.

After almost 1 hour the challan guy came.

First thing they are charging Rs. 1000 that is too high.
Secondly the challen payment should be online like it happens in Delhi. Instead of cash payment and keeping on calling that they will answer as per their bloody convenience.

These authorities are for public help created by public hard earned tax money and instead of helping just using our money to create a hell for us.

This is with respect to my issue for parking in front of ICICI Bank in sector-18. Number of vehicles were parked in the area and accordingily I also parked. The photo is attached along with my vehicle.

I thought they will charge normal parking fees as no guy was there and lot of people have parked vehicle.
After some time, when I came back, I found towing lock in front wheel of my Car only and not in any other car. I thought being Punjab Number they have put a lock on my vehicle only and being no parking slip there at the time of parking.

However they asked me to pay Rs 1000 as penalty in No parking Zone whereas noone other was asked for penalty being numbe ro[censored]P or nearby. Photo of my car along with others is also attached.
This is not fair. If my car was parked in no parking zone why other were also not penalised.

This is how we are working in Noida Authority. I request very honest Noida Authority to show me challan of other also.

I will try esclate this to higher level as it is unjustise with normal citizen. Authority to help us and not to penalise the tax paying people.

Noida authority is requested to share the challan slip of other vehciles also of[protected].
