Noida Authority — danger of tree branches falling on electricity wire

I need to register a very urgent and life threatening complaint about this peepal tree branches which have started falling off on the road and has already damaged my car in the past. Huge risk of life if the branches fall on anyone passing on the road, especially because there are electicity power supply wires which are live. Numerous complaints made to the rwa however no action taken so far. Spoke to horticulture department which does the pruning of trees but they are saying that the electricity board is not co-operating. Request the higher authorities to take appropriate action before any fatality / major damage happens.
