Noida Authority Online — alarming and hazardous situation due to stray dogs in golden palms

Dear Sir,

Please find this formal written complaint from GP Apartment Owners Association representing 400+ GP families (Along with 60+ individual email complaints list sent to builder) to address alarming and hazardous situation due to stray dogs in the society which needs immediate resolution.No action is taken by builder till date on this.

For the last six months the number of stray dogs in the locality have increase manifold (25+) and the residents of GOLDEN PALMS are forced to live in threatening and scared atmosphere.
The alarming situation is such that
• Residents are being chased when carrying any food items from grocery shop within society
• People can’t go out for walk.
• Several small school going children & old people have been attacked/chased by these dogs.
• Dogs walking to higher floors 10th, 12th, 15th, 20th … and beyond and pooping/peeing on floors
• Dogs are making the common places smudged and stinking including green area
• Their groups are dangerous as they started attacking the passerby. they run towards motor bike/ Car which may lead to accident anytime in the society.
• Damaging resident property while sitting on car roof and scratches on outer body.
• People lost their sleep as dog bark whole night.
• Overall this is big nuisance for all the residents impacting social harmony due to conflict with dogs lovers.

Immediate sterilization/Vaccination of all the stray dogs is needed to stop them from multiplication
You are requested to kindly coordinate and take appropriate steps immediately along with permanent solution before occurrence of any big mis-happening in the Golden Palms society .Kindly find the email copy sent to builder + yesterday coverage of Newspaper regarding dogs terror along with the copy of list of 60+ Golden Palm residents who approached builder in last 4 days requesting help and covering open boundaries of society immediately . All the communication from residents in last 2 years has been failure so far from builder side.

Looking positively immediate response from Noida Authority on this.
