Hello authority,

I am writing this complaint regarding increase of stray dogs in our locality and no action has been taken yet.

Dogs have gone out of control. Attacking on onfooters, childrens, ladies is increasing day by day.

It has been really difficult for us to even walk in the society.

Please kindly look into this matter.

I am avinash kumar singh, recently purchase ready to move house in sector mu-i block - c house no. 361 c. I had applied for physical possession of house (361 c, sector mu-i) five month back to authority person (Hari narayan mobile. No. +91-[protected]) but till date no work has started by authority. Kindly look for the same.

ON 12th January at 6.30PM, I received 5 transaction messages with total withdrawal of Rs.44, 047/- via ATM and the debit card was with me. We immidiately reported matter to ICICI Bank, Customer care which took almost 40 minutes to connect the call and block my debit card, later on i went to near by police station to lodge an FIR and the same was refused by the police of sector -49 main chowkee saying he will accompany us to the bank which he did on Monday(i.e. today) and submitted all papers as required by the bank still i did not receive an FIR copy.

Later in a day we went and submitted complaint to Cyber cell noida sector 6, and submitted all required documents they asked for but no acknowledgement of the same is received from them as well.

From Friday till Monday, Each formality is completed with all required documents and this has put me through so much of stress being a Kidney transplant patient i am not supposed to take so much of stress, still doing it because money which i have lost is very important for my family.

I saw illegal regular garbage dumping near all small eateries of commercial belt alpha -1, greater noida. Along with the threat of infection to the food, it has put the commercial place's image down so its efecting our business also.
Kindly make a strict watch over the area and regularise proper dumping for health and beauty of our greater noida.

I would like to bring your kind attention towards sector-3 greater noida (West). It looks like authority started to make this sector and now it is the most neglected sector of greater noida. It has been many years now when the block-a built up houses were prepared but allottees could not move to their houses because of the unavailability of basic facilities which a sector should have.
After so many efforts and unity of this sector's residents, now around 60 families are residing in block-a but they all are still struggling to have basic facilities in this sector.
This well known authority should have a dedicated focus to this sector to full-fill the below basic needs-

1) security is a mean issue for this sector. Block-a is open from all directions and anyone can enter from anywhere without any effort. Block-a should have a proper boundary wall with wiring and required gates. Currently there is only one gate and all three direction are open to come in and go out from the sector.

2) there are multiple leakage on road side where water connection are open and no official from authority pays any attention to get those repaired. This spreads many diseases and all houses are getting impacted due to the water seepage. There should be regular visits from authority side to check and fix these open connections.

3) sector roads are very bad in shape and proper roads should be made within the sector.

4) most of the sector's street lights are not working and it takes lot of time to follow-up and get any light fixed. All block-a sector's street light should be repaired in the interest of security for all sector residents.

5) there is no grocery shops, dairy and guard rooms in the block and due to this residents of this sector; have to travel a considerable distance to full-fill their basic needs.

We are seeing in news papers regularly that authority is very tight with private builders to get the security measures 100% completed before giving the completion certificates to builders but seeing the authority's sector condition; it looks like no such measures are being followed by authority itself. Authority should set examples for builders by getting their sectors fully developed from all stand points.

I would like to request all authority officials to spare some time to go over the sector's issues and fix those at the earliest to promote this sector's growth. Looking forward for an acknowledgement and action on said points.

I booked a flat in Ace city in Aug 2016, at that time they charged 4.5% service tax. Now I get possession letter on which 12% GST is applied for remaining 70% amount. The builder got the CC in Feb 2017 and not charging any tax on new booking. Because of the implication of GST I've to pay 3lac(aprrox) extra amount to the builder. Please let me know how tackle the situation.

I had booked a 2 bedroom flat in eath towne of earth infrastructure in september 2010 and paid rs. 6, 50, 000/- (Aprx.) till 2015-16. My position date was in 2014 but i didn't get the position yet. Since, no work started and also as per one decision of national consumer forum, allottee can get back it's deposited money if he is not satisfied with progress.
Sir, marriage of my younger brother is to take place in coming year i. E 2018, i am in need of money and request you to kindly direct the earth infrastructure limited to return my amount with 18% interest on urgent basis.
I shall be highly obliged for your this kind act.

This is for your kind notice that in delta 1 barat ghar (Community center) food waste and other garbage is dumping. Due to this heavy foul odor is spreading in surrounding.
This garbage produce many virus which causes many dangerous disease.
This is my humble request to you please do the needful for this and make the environment breathable.

This is to bring to your attention that i am the owner of below said flat no. There is one “t point at one corner of my flat. Due to some water leakage problem, the contractor has dig the pit to repair the same. After repairing they have not has not placed the sand & bricks properly and a big pit has been formed. The size of the same is being increased every day and can be fatal over the time. I have corner house and seepage problem has also emerging

Requesting you to please do the necessary repair at the earliest possible to overcome any future damages.

Dear Sir,
There are lot of indisciplinary work by people as well the children. We request you to authority to keep monitoring through the civil dressed staff continuously, whomsoever found faulty make fine on them.
Because these maintenance are already very slow and these so called educated and smart people are so careless for themselves and their children.

Some days ago, one good tree has burnt and this was totally shameless.
And now, recently these are broken the stones of track.

My self bhuvnesh sharma s/o late shri anand swaroop sharma i like to tell you that my father late shri anand swaroop sharma employee code - 0457 is worked in noida authority as a junior assistant and he is retired on 31 march 2011. A residential plot is allotted to my father during his service but till now noida authority not give possession to us and no information is provided to us by them so can you please tell us why this happens to us and why this plot is not given to the allotties till now

I got booked a flat of area 1075 sq ft in paramount emotions of builder paramount protocols ltd. My unit no. Is merry 202.
Now i am in need of money. So iwant to cancel my above mentioned booking.
I made a call to customer care of prpl. The official on phone line said me that company is not taking cancellation at this point of time
This is not acceptable as cancellation is my right and in builder buyer agreement it is mentioned that cancellation will be done after forfeiting 10% of amount. Being in great need of money i'm agree for this term also. But builder is unilaterally adamant for not cancelling unit.
Kindly force the builder to refund my money at the earliest and oblige.

In respect of my allotment no bhs0563600, i have done the complete formality of kya, but when i entered to make my water bill payment online i found that there is no option to display my water bill as well as payment option for balance water bill.
So please send me the link where, i can pay the bill online directly

The garbage pick up from d - block houses of sector-36 (Rho-1) is very irregular almost only once or twice in the entire week.
The dogs & crows spill the garbage that we keep for the garbage man to collect. And when they do come, they dont clean the litter.
Its a humble request, that household waste be picked daily.

My complaint is regarding potable water line leakage in front of valve operator room at achhar village gate of secter-36 greater noida. Another leakage of pipe line in front of gate no. 1 entrance of sec-36 (Tuesday market).
I have already informed authority through mobile and line man on date 08/10/2017 but no action has been taken till now. Thousands of gallon water is wastage due to these leakages also drain water is missing near achhar village.
Please look this matter seriously it is very serious.

2nd complaint within 20 days of the 1st complaint, lane starting with the address c-288 faces continuous sewerage/gutter blockage. I lodged a complaint on the same forum on 7th october & today's 24th october and this is my 2nd complaint because the issue has not been resolved. Few workers came, checked the sewer got it working for that time and left, and the problem was back within no time, but they never came back to recheck if it's fine or blocked.
Kindly get this sewer line unblocked for people's good.

We have sewage problem around our society since april 2017 "shivalik homes, block h, upsidc site c, surajpur, greater noida, 201306". Our resident clean the near by area also.

- water logging around society
- problem of increasing mosquitoes
- pending work from authority

Request from the concern department to resolve the issue as soon as possible....

Please help us to get rid of street dogsin sector-56, d-block. We have a separate line, park facing from d-2 to d18. Dogs are making nuisance, littering in front of houses and many more. They are entering the houses and spreading the dustbin contents everywhere. They are also spoiling the cars by climbing them. They are very dangerous for society.

Please help us....
