No drinking water since 2 months

Hello Sir,

This is Srikanth.SP resident of Hyderabad, Telangana. We are facing issues with no drinking water since 2 months. We have been complaining the HMWSSB multiple times but they are not solving the problem but just closing the issue without any resolution. Here is the latest outstanding Complaint Number: 1800 with CAN:[protected] and this is a pending ticket since a month to HMWSSB.

Careless behaviour of household during sewerage leakage

Overflowing drainage water on road

Dear sir,

In my area suffering a lot due to manhole drainage water blocking and overflowing on the road. its happening everyday in my area. in front of Bharathi high school is overflowing drainage water and children's are suffering from bad smile and they are struggling to go school everyday.

Unable to Register Free water supply || PTIN No 1141608392

This issue is pending from long back, Please check from your end, I am unable to register free water supply scheme.
I am getting an error message while registration free water supply (PTIN details are already exists (PTIN NO: [protected]).

Out of 15 flats 12 flats got registered, I don’t know why I am getting this error message.

sewage leaking and flowing on road since more than one week

Sewage is leaking near the manhole and is flowing onto the road since last 10 days. The people in the society had already lodged a complaint many times but no action has been taken up since yet. Now the problem is that sewage water is flowing on road and has covered the whole street, leading breeding ground for mosquitoes and bad smell.

3 times bill is getting generated with the reason that one floor is not authorized out of 5 floor in the building.

Hi, I need a clarification that in a 5 store building, when one floor is constructed without permission and applied for BRS for the same, even still the Water bill is getting generated 3 times of the regular monthly bill. Why is it so.

In my opinion it should be calculated on for the floor for which permission is not there.

Sewerage line chokage customer premises

Sewerage line choked in our premises and lodged complaint with HMWSSB on 02.02.2016 Complaint No. is 5871 Area Leelanager, Ameerpet. H.No. 7-1-29/1. Jurisdiction SR Nagar Division VI. In spite of regular follow up from 06.02.2016 the problem is still not attended. Every time I call them the reply is it will be attended today. But when will that day come ??? I request the appropriate authority in the HMWSSB to take care of my problem....

poor water supply

Every month I used to get bill of 212.50 till January 2015 and being paid regularly. For the month of Feb 2015 I got 242.50 and I have paid the same to the billing attendant and got the receipt. Excess Billing and Frequent Changes in water metre.
