Noida Authority Online — Complaint about garbage not being picked

I live in RWA sector 52, Noida on second floor.
In my society garbage collection is not at all regular even when they come they never get inside the main to collect the garbage where it is kept.
When requested they just ignored mocking the administration.
When I tried to raise complaint on provided numbers I have been directed with a toll free number which is not a centralized number of NDA for garbage rather it's a garbage collection company number.
My garbage is still lying outside.
Request to take immediate action.
