Dear sir
1. I am owner of flat no 1646, sector 29, Bramhputra enclave, Arun vihar noida

2. Our neighbours, residents of flat no 1666 and flat no.1672encroached upon the common areas around my ground floor house, Flat 1646, in Bramhaputra Enclave.
Right outside my bedroom window ex Col Vohra has cemented the unpaved common area around the house. This has taken away the privacy of my house . My earlier tenant even complained of men workers peeping through the window of my bedroom. The windows have to be kept closed all the time. He did it while I was away on Army duty. The cementing of the floor has caused seepage of water into my bedroom wall resulting in a loss of Rs 70, 000 in fixing the problem.
The other neighbour ex Brig Paul has taken over the common open space in front of my main entrance. He has planted a tree just four feet away from my main gate and has installed a barricade, fences and made a garage . My flat has become inaccessible to any emergency response vehicle like ambulance or fire brigade vehicles. Even the possibility o[censored]sing a wheelchair in case of a medical emergency has been rendered impossible.

Now I am not finding any tenant due to these encroachment;s thus, the encroachment is having a material impact on the market value of my property. This property, which was previously generating rent of INR 360, 000 per annum has been lying vacant since July 2019. I have lost income of INR 630, 000 in the period July 2019 – March 2021.
I wish to return to the flat that I had planned for my retirement in the coming months
some inhabitants of this colony have rented out their garages and parking their cars on the colony road thereby impeding free movement of vehicles, including those of fire brigade vehicles and ambulances in case of any emergency.
Many owners have made common areas their private properties.
6. My request to you is the following- please get the encroachements removed .
The metal fence and barricade from the common areas around my house should be removed at the earliest.
The cemented floor constructed on common areas next of my bedroom wall should be removed and the common land be restored back to its original state.
Require your help to restore the privacy and monetary value of my property.
