Hi, I was buying a resale flat I104 Gulshan Ikebana, Sector 143 Noida and had given token amount of Rs 1 lakh to owner. The owner did not hand me over Agreement to sale and also builder NOC for the flat. The deal could not be closed as the owner is not responding.

I need your help to reclaim my token amount . I had given token money using NEFT transaction on 30 Jan 2021.
