Dear Sir/ Madam,

We are requesting Garbage collection vehicle guy who is coming daily for door to door Garbage collection to collect garbage from our Complex at E 138 Sector 63 Noida but he is refusing always and demanding for money.

Please advise if we need to pay him money to collect garbage from our complex.
