Noida Authority Online — Illegal encroachment and unethical activities in ward park Sector 37,Noida

We resident ward 18, Sector 37 Noida has done complaint to Noida Authority and AVRWA on 01-Aug 2020 online after that many reminders regarding illegal encroachment and unethical work in ward public park.they have not taken appropriate action on this regard. on[protected] we have a complaint to Noida Authority Sector 39 Office Horticulture department about the ground floor flats owners occupied space in a public park and doing individual gardening they have brokedown the boundary wall of the park and made individual pathways direct to park from their individual flats. this public park area 0.55 acres, Has two gates. One First floor owner house 1661 has made an overhead iron staircase from the first floor to direct to a public park.it hampering the security and privacy of citizens of the ward. Noida Authority Horticulture Department attended our complaint and removed all illegal vegetable garden from the public park premises. Now we request to Noida Authority to please do the plantation in our ward park and close the individual pathways made by ground floor flat owners and remove the iron staircase from flat no 1661. we are looking forward to your early action, please

We resident of ward 18, Sector 37, Noida chasing the grievances that we are facing since 01-Aug-2020.No appropriate action taken by the Noida Authority nor AVRWA.Kindly advise us how we can overcome the difficulty ward other citizens facing. we have complaint online and register post also with all photo evidence of the location. House no 1661 has made an overhead iron staircase from the first floor direct to the public park which is hampering privacy and security of the ward. May I ask to Noida Authority and AVRWA ILLEGAL ENCROACHMENT &UNEITHICAL work is permitted in a public park. AVRWA not taking action on Dabang flat owner. our complaints are closed without taking any action.RWA is permitting ground floor flats owners to utilize public park space for their use. all ground floor flats owners have made their individual pathway direct to park. violating public park rules and doing unethical activities in the public park. this park area 0.55 acres, Has two gates. maintained by Noida authority. kindly take appropriate action on an unauthorized pathway made by ground flats owners and remove the overhead iron staircase from said first-floor flat owner. please advise us after this where we should approach or the illegal and uneithical work is permitted by Noida Authority.

Our location park area of 0.55 acres has two gates. Look after by Noida Authority Horticulture department Sector 39 they are aware of situations. Ground floor flats owners have broken one side boundary wall of the park and made individual gate and pathway from their receidence direct to park and occupied space in the park premises and made individual garden & growing vegetable which is illegal and unethical. During the lockdown period, people have taken advantage of the situation. All our complaints closed without taking appropriate action, we are really surprised why Noida Authority not taking action. it is understood that few Dabang residents will not allow AVRWA to take charge of the public park, One first floor flat owner has made an overhead iron staircase from his flat to the public park premises. We don't know Noida Authority or AVRWA told him to remove. Now he has fixed one small murga jali in the entrance of iron stair and he is jumping over Murga jali and coming to the park. we are thinking to bring news reporters to show and make a video of the location and circulate. We residents don't want to harm any flats owners. We want the public park should be cleared of illegal encroachment and unethical activity in ward park. My Question Why Noida Authority Not taking action against illegal and unethical activities in a public park.
