To whom it may concern
The complaint is regarding the illegal extension of houses of people living at the ground floor at Sector 37 WARD18, Noida 201301, (Landmark : opposite golf course) which covers the major part of the road(Government area) .Also, they have reserved the space in front of their house using rods and iron chains for their parking purpose and they do not let people living on first floor and above use that space as they think it's their space and no one else can park their vehicle.
Even after complaining about the same issue several times, no action has been taken by the Noida Authority and Ward member Committee of Sector 37, Noida -201301.Because the officials of Noida Authority were bribed by the residents of Ward -18 .Sector 37 to do the work in favor of them or destroy the complaint.Also, the name and address of complainant was disclose after which the whole society used to harass that person.
Hence, I request you to demolish the extended portion of their house which covers the society's road as it has made the area congested as well as it is unauthorized and remove the rods and chains in front of their houses as it causes inconvenience to the people living in that society.
I have attached some images for your reference but it's not all.Your team must come and check unauthorized area covered by people living at Ground floor with the plan/map of Ward -18, Sector 37 and demolish the extended area and remove the rod and chains used for parking Was this information helpful? |
