Sir,
With reference to your above letter, we hereby state that the Completion Certificate of the above
subject plot has already been Issued by your respective Building Cell office vide its letter no: NOIDA/BC/BP-R 24506/266 dated 16/7/2013, hence we do not cover under the para raised in your above letter.
We may therefore request your good self to please exempt us from this obligation by vacating the standing para against our residential plot in question.
The copies of Completion drawing & Completion Cerificate issued by Building Cell Noida are being annexed herewith for your kind consideration and record please.
Though we already complied your letter acknowledged by Noida CR cell vide No.24-[protected] addressed to OSD-Res. Plot.

We woud prefer to mention that we have already obtained requisite completioni/occupancy certificate from NOIDA building Cell Dept back on[protected]Copy attached) and still receiving the notice of non-contrcucting the building .
From the above, we could observe that the notice issued is quiet irrelevant without exmining the case creating a nuesience to the general owners at large.we therefore request that the such notice may be vactated aginst us by issuing a letter settling the issue.
