Noida Authority Online — Loot and misbehave at sector 18 multi level parking

Dear Concern,

I am a service employee working at sector 18 in a private ltd office.
I am eligible for concession pass.
However it is a daily struggle for parking your own vehicle and hampering the own work.
The people working and claiming to be a part of Noida Authority always misbehaves, always being rude and they ask for cash for pass and parking.
Getting tired I am writing this letter that there is a huge business going on here.
I and my colleague always face issues for the same and they are being rude and disrespectful. When we ask for scanner they ask for cash. WHY?? When it is digital India, then why they are asking for the same.
I just wanted to convey the senior management that we are not here to dwal with this everyday.
We are coming and doing our job and we have given all the required proof of where we are working for concession pass.
Please look into the matter on serious ground and resolve the same.
The charge we used to pay by scanner is Rs. 600.
The people sitting at the parking centre denied for complaint email or number or scanner.

THIS IS NOT AT ALL ACCEPTABLE FROM THE PARKING AUTHORITY TO US.

They are looking for reasons to loot us all the time.
It is out hard earn money we pay every month.
