Noida Authority Online — unauthorised construction and illegal encroachment

Some street lights are not working and spreading darkness at night .all lights switch on day time in bisrakh road so lights are defective due to continue switch on in 24 hours .i can't saw any progress in street lights repairing so I kindly request you to that please repair all defective lights.

There is an illegal basement construction is going on at shop no-86, block Y, sector 12 noida and I have informed to the authority as well but they arrived at the site and construction is still going on . They stand the wood door at the boundaries and keep digging the floor so that no one knows that the basement construction is going on.

It is my humble request to stop this illegal construction as soon as possible and take necessary action please.

illegal encroachment in public park ward 18, Sector-37, Noida.We have done complaint to AVRWA and Noida Authority also on line.First complaint we have lodge on 01 Aug 2020 till date we are chasing our complaints.we have given photo evidences of the location that ground floor flats owners has captured unauthorised space in public park and started gardening and growing vegetable in public park premises.this park has two gates but all ground floor flat owner broke down one side boundary wall and made their individual pathway from their resident to park individual garden.one first floor flat owner no 1661 has made overhead iron staircse direct to public park and utilizing public park space for his individual garden.we have complaint many time to AVRWA and Noida Authority also but till date no approprate action has been taken by them. these all illegel encroachment and unethical activity in public park damaging social life of ward 18, Sector 37, Noida.i really surprised going on incapability of AWRWA and Noida Authority. we are trying to approch CM office for this matter.most of our complaints not reaching to concern Authority. Ground floor flats owners has made deplorable condition of public park.few owner they have started drying their wet cloths on plants of public park.we tried to convince them they are not ready to listen us .due to negligence of ward Director and AVRWA.PUBLIC PARK has become more of a nuisance than a facility.

We Indian citizens & resident of ward 18, Sector 37, Noida (U.P).Raising appeal to you against the first floor flat no 1661 who had made overhead an iron staircase from his residence at first floor to the public park located in our area. which is illegal and unethical & occupied space in a public park and growing vegetables. We resident drawing your kind attention since 01-Aug-2020. The flat owner is Dabang Noida Authority &AVRWA not taking appropriate action against the flat owner. We resident doing complaints since 01-Aug-2020 online. Registered post letter vide RU[protected]IN IVR:828557 DTD 09-Nov-2020. Complaint to Noida Authority Horticulture Department Sector 39 on 22-Oct-2020 and Asst Director visited the said park and ordered to the contractor workers to remove grown vegetables from the unauthorized occupancy in public park premises. they have removed from few ground floor flats occupied area. we are chasing this matter since 01-Aug-2020. We are surprised why Noida Authority and AVRWA not taking appropriate action, please remove the overhead iron staircase from flat no 1661, ward 18, Sector 37, Noida. or kindly advise us Overhead iron staircase is permissible by Law from the first floor flat to a public park at our location which hampering privacy, Security & social life of the ward citizens. we have submitted photo evidence of locations with 18 ward members signed complaint letter to AVRWA &Noida Authority. We request you kindly remove the overhead iron staircase and unauthorized occupancy in the public. if not possible by your office where we should approach.ward park area 0.55 Acers and Two Gates.Looked after by Noida Authority Horticulture department Sector 39, Block 2.

This is to inform you that the basment being constructed at A 87, sector 65 is not as per authority laws, they are over digging the basment to increase the size from sides and back, this way they start touching n digging of other neibhrour factory basement s, making them in problem

Kindly do the need full at urgent basis as it's rainy season n we can hv problem due to his action

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am a resident of Village Thora of Jewar disctrict U.P Gautam Budh Nagar.
I am writing this complaint to report unauthorized construction of Summer Wells in the village and unauthorized encroachment on public roads inside the village.
There are few residents in Kanas Patti of this village who are constructing Summer wells right in the center of the public lanes outside their houses.
This has become a trend and creates problems to the passers by.

Kindly Address this issue.
