Noise — My product is in warranty but they are not providing repair/replacement under that warranty

I purchased a mini Noise Air Bud Mini from Flipkart, within 8 months it stops working I claim a warranty to Noise, they are not ready to replace or repair it and after a quick call they closed my ticket which i have raised on their support. Totally waste of time and money after purchasing their product.
