Dear sir / madam,

My noise endeavour smartwatch having display/screen issue and for the same I have raised the complaint's with noise team and chasing with them for reverse pickup of smartwatch for further check. Since I have following with noise from last 2 months only revert am received is "raise new complaints", till now I have raise 5 complaints but till awaiting for resolution. Please help me here to get solution as soon as possible.

Noise introduced a offer for their new buds n1 a prebooking pass which was costing about 100rs and the benefit was that the buds n1 would cost us 699. The code was to be sent to us by noise on 27th feb 2024 but failed to do so i contacted them but there wqs no response. I contacted them today i.e. 28th feb 2024 snd they are refusing to refund or giving us the product at the promised price of 699 and they are blaming Amazon for the price and...

I am facing the issue regarding the warranty claim issue against the noise product, although the product is in the warranty period, the company is not ready to help. the company has sent me the old and used product as a replacement product against my product 2 times and both the times, I faced some or the other issue in the replaced product. the company is not ready to support and is not responding to my complaints.

I placed a return order for my Noise Earbuds which cost around Rupees.898 on July 28, 2023. The delivery team came for the return of my product on July 29, 2023. Now it's August 3, 2023, I didn't even get a single piece of information about the product return or atleast confirmation mail from the official Noise team. So kindly request you to look after this issue because it's not only for me but more number of people facing the same problem so please kindly look after it and do the needful things

I ordered Noise true wireless earbuds i.e. Noise Buds Venus on 26th July 2023. But now I want to cancel my order as I won't be available at the delivery address. I tried so hard to find and link so that I can cancel the order but I failed. I searched everywhere Noise FAQs, google or youtube but I haven't got a relevant solution for that. I received a defective smartwatch from noise which resets by itself and after troubleshooting from the company customer-care and technical side it resets again and again now they say as per the cheap company policy they will only repair and send me the product which I am not in favor of I need a refund or replace of the same . what's the point to buy such expensive smartwatch which resets by itself and every time I have to loose my data … I need a full refund of the same... if not I will take this further and file a case against noise.com (noise smartwatch company).

I bought noise smart watch on Dec 24, 22 from Bangalore.
Today it is not charging. At back green lights are flashing but nothing on screen.
All black. Dusted and followed all procedures but still not charging.

Sir, I ordered two Noise watches simultaneously on August 31, 2022, but the company only sent me one of them (Noise Color Fit Buzz jet black), but another order number is 2105767; the AWB number is [protected]; (Noise ColorFit Pulse Buzz electric blue) not supplied by the company. The delivery was always showing as pending as I tracked it. I then spoke with a customer service representative from the Customer Care Noise team, after their suggestion I field a complaint for the loss/ not delivery of the product. But after a brief silence, the team did not respond. They suddenly sent me an email in December stating, that they had resolved my complaint without providing my product. The last time when I spoke to a team noise customer service representative, they disconnected my call after telling me that I wasn't listed in their records. Sir, I repeatedly complained, but each time the team claimed to have found a solution without providing any noise ColorFit Pulse Buzz Electric blue watch. Sir, I am experiencing a great deal of distress as a result of their reckless behaviour. I therefore, requesting you please take legal action against the noise company and please finds the attachment.

I purchased Noise Core 2 Buzz smartwatch from " ganoise.com" their official website on 26/09/2022 1) My Smartwatch does not pairing with my Smartphone showing "invalid QR code 2) Doesn't turning ON while pressing power button even it has 70 percent charging. I have to plug it into the charger for turning it ON 3) Strap removing screw is not there. I also tried to reaching the Noise customer but they did not resolve my problem.

On 18th of september i placed an order on noise website (noise vs 102 plus earbud)..but due to some reason i cancelled the oreder on 19th and i received an email from noise. Your order has been cancelled, and we will refund the amount within 7 days. But I still have not received any refund from the noise side. I contacted Noise Customer Service many times, and they told me to wait 2-3 days. yesterday, they told me to wait 24 hours. They will credit the amount, but nothing happened from their side. And I faced one more bad experience from their side. On the 21st of September, I ordered another product from their website (noise vs. 204) through my brother's account (mob: [protected], email: Karthik [protected]@gmail.com) As of the time I purchased the item, they described the product information as "driver size 13mm, " but when it is delivered, the box shows that it has only a 10mm driver. And they also changed the driver size to 10mm on their website also.. This is a fake promotion with fraud things ( 13 mm driver is the reason i ordered the item).

I have received used product. The product case doesn't even has the logo of Noise and the extent o[censored]sage is such that I can't even touch airbuds as it's dirty and has scratches on it.

I have placed order of a wrong product. So i want to cancel my order and get my money refunded

This is regarding the order Noise ColorFit Pro 4 Max Smartwatch - Jet Black (Order ID : #2046291) which I've placed on 20 Aug 2022. However, due to some issues the order was cancelled in between transit and was redirected back to the origin address and same has been received at origin address on 30 Aug as per the BLUEDART tracking number (mentioned below). Its been 10 days and I'm still waiting for my refund.

I bought smartwatch of noise in the model colorfit icon buzz from flipkart in February. This watch stops working from past few months and it is under warranty. I tried several times to claim the warranty but their service is very poor and they are not resolving the issue. The watch do not starts and when put on charging it become super hot in short it is just not working.
I hope my issue will resolve sooner....

I ordered Noise Airbuds+ on 2nd august and got delivered on 4th august. The product I got was broken, one side of the earbud was not working, and seems like the buds were used ones. I didn't expect noise would offer such low-quality products.
I Checked the website policy before ordering and the website policy said that they provide a refund when you complain about it within...

I purchased a mini Noise Air Bud Mini from Flipkart, within 8 months it stops working I claim a warranty to Noise, they are not ready to replace or repair it and after a quick call they closed my ticket which i have raised on their support. Totally waste of time and money after purchasing their product.

Right side of earbus is not working properly. It gets discharge after 10 minutes on full charging also. I have reset the device many times but the problem is not resolved.

Left bud was not working so i went to service center for replacement after 1week they gave mee another earpod both pair working after 1month again same problem arises my left earbud not working and now the worst part is that previous service center of noise got closed and now they saying complain to amazon they will come to replace it...wtf
