I purchased a neckband of a Noise brand from amazon.in, within 6 months it stops working I claim a warranty to Noise, and they pick up my product after testing they are saying there is some cable damage but there was no outer damage during the pickup time. and also their customer executive admit that the wire was damaged internally. now they update me that the replacement unit has been dispatched but when I received the product back from the Noise service center they deliver the same product without repairing it. still, the product is not working, if they did not provide the replacement then why did they update about the replacement on the complaint tracking page.

I request you please look into this matter, it means a lot. noise brand is doing fraud with customers. they provide a warranty on paper but at the time of claim, they start giving excuses.
