Noise Buds Play Truly Wireless Earphones - Involuntary pause the music while running.
This problem is occurring only while running, it is continuously happening for past month as and when i am going for a run.
While going for a run, during running the Buds Play is unknowingly pausing the music. To see if it was the phones problem i tried with two different phone (Oneplus 7T pro and iPhone 11), either way issue prevails.
This is being big issue for me while running, i had to keep on taking my phone to play the music over and over again.
It would be appreciate if you could provide a solution by either turning off the touch sensitive feature on the Buds or replace with better option which will not cause this kind of issue.
Note: This kind of error in the earphone makes it worthless as a wireless earphones. I am currently forced to use my wired earphones which are working much better that Noise Buds Play. I am even considering to opt for different brand if this issue is not resolved Was this information helpful? |
