Noise — Noise manufacturer is not supporting and not providing the warranty support though my noise is under 12 months warranty period.

I am facing the issue regarding the warranty claim issue against the noise product, although the product is in the warranty period, the company is not ready to help. the company has sent me the old and used product as a replacement product against my product 2 times and both the times, I faced some or the other issue in the replaced product. the company is not ready to support and is not responding to my complaints.
