Noise Pollution — Playing drums in the middle of night | |||
It seems the government rules keep changing when it comes to controlling noise pollution. On one side they keep telling thst during any festival there is a decible limit, within which u need to burst crackers and not after a certain time. But in this locatlity, Vidyasagar colony near Baghajatin of Kolkata, locslites keep playing drums the entire night till 2-3 am in the morning and police does nothing. High time, the prashasan steps up and acts for what it is suppose to. The old and sick (physically) people are tortured in the name of God. please help. Was this information helpful? | |||
