Nokia 1209 — recurring payment happening on my credit card

Dear Customer care concerned,
I had ordered supplement online with your company. But after that there is one recurring payment started deducting from my credit card every month for USD 10.73. I have already sent email on support email id of Bio Trim lab last month to stop this payment but it is not stopped. Kindly stop this immediately as I didn't have this consent to you for deduction.
