Nokia — Bad response from customer care and phone has several problems | |||
Hi, I bought Lumia 720 around 6 months back, after four months touch screen started to respond automatically. It had ghost touches and it became unable to use my mobile. I handed over the phone to the shop branch where i brought my mobile and they sent it to a nokia customer care near satara road, Pune. After 20 days they fixed the touch screen and i got my phone after a long wait. After getting my mobile i inserted a SIM card in my mobile and the ear speaker did not work and the network signal is very poor. I went to another Nokia customer care in chinchwad, Pune and they found out there is no ear speaker in mobile and they said they cannot help because they didnt service it the first time. You should understand that i stay around 30 km from these customer care centers and i had to travel so much to check if there is any issue. Its rather really pathetic they removed the speaker and the phone became worse and not in usable condition after first service. IMEI is [protected] Contact is [protected] I am really fed up with this phone, take necessary action or replace my mobile and I have lost my peace with this incident. Regards, Ajith.
