This is balu from madruai. On[protected] I have bought new nokia lumia 620 mobile (IMEI No [protected]). Very 2nd day itself I faced some problems like memory slot not supporting, conference call not working. So I approached the nokia care center (Sact Communication) in madurai and they asked me to surrender the mobile for service. But I am not ready to surrender because its 2 days old mobile only. After some days many problems occurred like USB not connecting, mobile hanging, touch not working properly, speaker and volume issue, etc... But all are very basic needs for the smart phone. So I approached the service center Sact communication. And surrender the mobile for service. Like that I have surrendered the mobile 3 times for service. 3rd time they couldn’t solve the issue and replace the mobile with IMEI No [protected]. While receiving the replacement mobile itself the USB is not working. They told nokia care center computer will not support for USB and you try with in your home it will work. In my computer also it didn’t work. I sacrificed me and continue to use. After some days same previous issues occurs again. So I surrender the mobile again for service on 19/7/2014. After the service again same issue continues. This time I have surrender[protected] the mobile with video proof. So totally 5 times I have approached for the same issue. For every time they have taken 20-25 days. Till now they didnt resolve the problem and i am using the smartphone without USB port, voice issue. But still my in under the warranty period.
