My phone's headphone jack got loose. And my phone is warranty. So my phone's headphone jack should be fixed under warranty. But nokia care laxmi nagar making false claims and giving false excuses saying my phone gets out of warranty.
Nokia care (Laxmi nagar) is saying "only manufacturing defect" should be taken care o[censored]nder warranty and nothing. I am being devoid of claiming my warranty

Updated by Rohan Maity Nokia Care said "Phone might get cracked during repairing and if gets cracked, you have to pay ". Even if my phone is in warranty, and it gets cracked by company during reparing. Why I have to pay ? . That's not just
