Nokia — Complain about the replaced piece.

Hi I bought a new nokia lumia 820 a month back but from start I had some problem with its camera. I went to Nokia Care for the same and they told me that they will send the phone further to check the problem. After 12 days I got a call from them saying your phone had some circuit problem which couldn’t be fixed so Nokia has sent a new phone replacement. When I went there they gave me a yellow phone instead of my original black coloured ph. And that phone was a completely used second had phone with a lot of scratches and marks on it. They said me that from company this kind of phone has come. Then I lodged a complaint with customer care regarding the same and customer care people are also not responding properly. Just assuring me that I will get a call in new 3days, 2 days, 2 hours and so one from last 2 weeks . Nokia Care is saying we will now again give you a new phone. But now I cannot trust them like this. What proof do I have that the phone this time they will provide me will be actually a new one? I want a sealed box packed replaced phone that will assure me that phone is actually a new phone. If we buy a phone for the 1st time and you give in a sealed box then during replacement why you don’t follow the same. I am really disappointed with the behaviour of you Nokia Care and of Customer Care People. Can some please help me on this? -- Hiral Trivedi
