Nokia — Delay in repairing

Dear Team,

I submitted my nokia 7.2 on 30th July to your thane service centre for some issues.

Jobsheet no.[protected]/200730/007

But still they have not resolved yet stating that parts are not received yet at there end.
Now its almost half of the month, my phone is with service centre.
I also marked many mails to them, but looking like they are not interested.
