I have ordered nokia 6.1 plus from nokia.com on 31 august 2018, i was login in with my facebook account ie: [protected]@gmail.com. Payment was successfully debited from my bank account ie: jammu and kashmir bank but my order was not placed. When i contact to nokia support they say that they cant find my order. If the order was not placed then i should get the refund for the payment i made ie rs.15999 but i still didn't get any refund. I again try to contact the nokia support but they didn't reply to my email. I can also provide my bank account statement if needed. My contact number is [protected]
