Nokia — Faulty Nokia 2.4 Mobile phone | |||
I have purchased Nokia 2.4 on 26.07.2021, since date of purchase its gets hanged most of the time, network problem, screen flickering issues are observed. A very next day of 27.07.2021 i have submitted my mobile to nearest nokia care center. They have accepted the phone for observation. Same day they have retuned mobile saying its ok now we have updated the software. But the problems are still remain same as earlier. i have again submitted the phone and again they have accepted the phone and retuned as usual. Then again 3rd time i have submitted the phone. I request them all and to pls help me to get my phone ok. I have share screen recordings of mobile issues. But they have refused the mobile screen recording. they told me that we dont believe in videos. When i forced them, then they have accepted my phone to verify issue. But still all problems in mobile remain as earlier. A false jobsheet has also been provided me by them. they provide me job sheet, when i submitted it on 1st time. but in general they have to provide me latest current job sheet. They intestinally dont want to show on paper that mobile is faulty. A several mail has been also written to customer care email address but still i didnt get any reply from them. please help +2 videos Was this information helpful? | |||
