Great disappointment from the product and service. I was a Nokia Royal customer over 10 years from now. However when i purchased NOKIA LUMIA 820 for 21, 000 Rupees in August 2013, I have just got disappointed from the product & now from the service too. The LCD screen on my NOKIA Phone was cracked in 29`th January 2014 for which I paid 10, 000 Rupees for repair at Nokia care in “Shilak INC Care Center, Recycling point Address: 1st Floor, 80 Feet Rd., R.T Nagar Main Road, Opp. Play Ground 560032, Bangalore, India” Again in March 2014 the LCD screen was cracked and paid 5000 Rupees for the LCD screen & speakers in the same NOKIA CARE in R T Nagar, after which the speaker & Mic had intermittent issue . I could not understand why this problem occurred after the LCD Screen replacement. I took my phone to that same NOKIA Care Service center in 14`th August 2014, for which they informed me that previous repair had just one month warranty and I had to pay 2000 rupees for Mic & speaker replacement . The warranty was expired in 8`th of August 2014. However, they denied to consider warranty coverage as previous repair was a Physical damage. They deny that this problem is occurred after the previous repair. Now how should I gain the trust back? This is great disappointment & worse service from NOKIA which made a royal customer to never ever buy NOKIA Again. Now i have a Phone that i have spend 35000 rupees in less than a year but still i have end up with a Non-working Phone.
