Nokia — I am Complain about my nokia 6.1 plus mobile phone not working after Installing New OS

Respected sir,
i am subhendu kumar Sahoo, a user of nokia 6.1 plus . some days before i have updated my OS i.e andriod 10 . after installing new os there are a lot of problem comes on mobile like loud specker not working, new software not installing, mobile hangs meny times, system not responding maximum time.kindly do some things as soon as possible
