Nokia India — 1. trouble with piece 2. irresponsible service at service centre

I have bought nokia 7 plus on aug 4th 2018. It is still under warranty.. Around october 2018, i have realised that the battery started to drain out rapidly and getting extremely heated (More than 48 degrees as per nokia my phone app) and physically too the piece is so heated that it is humanly untouchable.. Gave at the authorised service centres thrice (Once in bangalore in october) and twice in hyderabad (Once in january and once in march). Everytime they said it could be software issue and fixed something but the issue was not resolved... On march 12 the when i gave at hyderabad delight solutions authorised service centre, they kept the mobile for a good 10 days and replaced battery.. When i went to collect, i found the issue not resolved.. When i spoke to the nokia service guys they said that he issue is resolved and they can do nothing else.. I have a audio recording that they can do nothing.. I have a snapshot too where the temperature is 48 degrees.. And nokia says there is no replacement policy.. This is highly unprofessional when a faulty piece got delivered and had to run to service centre thrice and service centre guys are arrogant.. I feel that 26 thousand rupees have gone into gutter just in 6 months.
