last september 14,i have talked to a person thru the internet by the name of SANDRA ONAT HILLS,she said she is an accounting officer at Nokia mobile company london,she asked me if i would like to work in UK in the said company,and i asked her how much would be the salary,and she told me that she would help me in all the things that is needed for the application,then he referred me to another person by the name of DR.MORRIS BRUCE,he said he is the HRD COORDINATOR,and they send an interview questionnaire to my email,then after i have answered it,MR MORRIS BRUCE called me the next day,telling me that i have passed the interview,and then i'm hired after that,they transferred me again by the name of MR.MORGAN SLAM,he said he was the travel agent of the company and the guy who would be working on all of my papers going there,then they told me that i should give 380 pounds for the visa processing,then 620 pounds for the delivey of my documents,then 450 pounds for the insurance,and then the 600 pound for the pocket money tha we need,and then lastly,450 pounds for some tax payment,after i have given all of these amount ot them,they told me that we will be flying as soon as i complete the amount that they need,but until now,we are here in the philippines,waiting for nothing,i hope this would alarm the company that these kind of people should be investigated,

I have purchased Nokia N 97 Mini in April 2010 from THE MOBILE STORE Outlet at Dombivali West.

After a period of 6 - 7 months i started facing with the problems like mobile gets switched off ofently, Screen touch functions does not works, Keypad gets locked automatically, after charging full battery within a span of half hour the mobile goes in switch off mode.

I went to Nokia Care at Dombivali West in the month of December 2010 and get the replacement on the same in the month of January 2011.

Now the replaced mobile is giving me the same problems which I was facing previously.

I m really fed up, what is the use of paying such huge amount to Nokia for such cheap mobile. Now I want my money back or any another model.

Kindly help me to meet my needs.

Dear Sir,
I have given my Nokia handset for repairing purpose, from last one and half months I am suffering due to your Nokia service center that is in Gulbarga district, KARNATAKA state and I am staying in Wadi Jn, 50 KM far from Gulbarga.
My problem is your Nokia service center fellows are not responding properly they are indiscipline persons, they are not look like an officers. When I go for receiving my Nokia-N73 mobile they are said till your mobile is not repaired, you will come after two days, when I going to confirm by contacting on their land line whether my mobile is repaired or not they are not receiving calls I don’t know it’s only my call or all calls they are not receiving. I can’t able to go daily at Nokia service center.
Know I decided to register a case in Consumer court on Nokia Company.
Sir please help me what can i do know, the purchased cost of the mobile is Rs.12600/-

i have purchased my nokia mobile phone E71(imei no. [protected]) on 01/09/2010 which is under 1year warranty as stated but since the day i have purchased my phone there is always an issue of phone hanging which is being resolved at my nearest nokia care at dwarka but as they have closed the service station at dwarka they sugested me to approach the tilak nagar branch (NET DOT SOLUTIONS)for further assistance. i was facing a problem of vibrator malfunctioning for which i deposited my phone at the above mentioned tilak nagar branch on 13/01/2011 (jobsheet no[protected]/110113/55) but now after reciwving my phone under warranty case they informed me that my phone is tampered and will not been taken care under warrantyby head of branch mr. baljit (mob no,[protected]) after further argument they some how agreed to repair and resolve thecase till 17/01/2011. till the date committed to me it is not been repaired yet and i have visited the branch several times and its is being enough of my patience kindly consider the case requested same complaint has also been lodged to nokia careline at +[protected] ,compalint no-1-[protected] already charger and handsfree has been replaced under warranty by nokia care dwarka branch

I have purchased a NOKIA handset No. 2690. This model of IMEI No. [protected], Bill No. 9237, dated 25/10/2010, from S. G. Electronics, Chittorgarh. The battery no. was[protected]P[protected] this.



I found a terrible problem with it’s from very first day the problem is your one of the USP for which I proffered NOKIA for last 7 years. The problem is with its battery backup. It is impossible to talk continue more than 1 hr. 15 min, because it get shutdown due to battery discharge after getting it full recharge.



However I thought there may be some problem with this hand set as a loyal customer I went to the shopkeeper to get solution. He suggests me to change my battery, and I have done that my old battery no was[protected]P[protected] and new one is[protected]Q[protected] but I did not get solution. And still facing same problem.



Than shopkeeper told me to go and contact at NOKIA CARE. As this was my first visit to there I went there in hope of the solution at NOKIA CARE chittorgarh. There they told that this may be due to software problem and need to format the handset. I gave my mobile them for two days. And when I got that we the assurance that the problem is solved I start using that but that surprised me more that the problem never solved.



That I talk at NOKIA customer CARE and they told me to give my mobile to your center for sending it to Delhi for getting solution.



I went there and give my mobile. They told me that they will recheck it if its battery problem than they will change my battery and call me back in two working days or else it will be send to Delhi and will be back in around 20 days. I provided my number to them. But I went after 20 days yesterday, because I dint get call from your end I thought it is not battery problem it is being send to Delhi.



I got horrified that there is a battery problem and battery needs to change. But relay salute to your customer service, those most busy people of NOKIA CARE dint bothered to call me and my handset lying with them for more than 40 days. Even after that they asked to wait for more 20 days because of non availability of desired battery. And I was without my hand set for more than 20 days and if you can understand than you can think that it is not possible even one single hr without a mobile.



And when I asked about dint getting call the busiest person of NOKIA CARE told me we have lot of customers so we can not bothered over self to call every one, even after we assured of call you should come and asked because they was busy.



They gave me the my handset and taken back the receipt slip and told to call or come to there after 2o days if I want new battery and if it reached to them than thy will replace.



I surprised with answer that we can not able to call or it’s your policy not to call customer than why you asked for contact number (why, or it is due to that I am girl).



I am surprised how you can play with your USP. I really suggest you if you can not handle the customer than please please it is my humble request to your management not to increase such a number of customers which you can not able to handle and you can not serve because you will lose your existing customer.



And there is one more thing that my handset’s battery’s warranty is going to expired very soon than I think I have to stay with that 1hr backup handset which is claimed to be more than 4 hr talk time as battery backup.



This mail is only in a slight hope that may be I will get a perfect solution for a small assured and warranted problem. And I marked hope and that is also very slight because you have to serve lot of people and your whole team is very busy to bother to solve problem of a customer who have purchased a cheap phone 2690 which is presented by symbol of proud having it.



Or else you want to convert your NOKIA to NO – KIA.



I think it will help some one because I did not think I will get solution as you will get very easy answer for this problem very soon and your answer will be warranty expired.

I purchased a brand new nokia c7-00 mobile phone from kanchan radios jhansi. While purchasing i deeply observed the box containing the machine was well sealed pack and i mysel[censored]npacked it very first time. I inserted battery in it and tried to turn on but it didn't. Shopkeeper checked it and said the battery is deep discharged and instructed me to charge it at least for 3-4 hours. I got convinced only because i was sure for i was buying Nokia Brand, So i paid the amount and took it to home. At home it did not turn on after charging even after charging for aprx 4 hours. i suspected and i just tried it myself i removed and reinserted battery 3-4 times finally it got turned on.

it worked hardly half an hour and it started restarting spontaneously in every 15-20 minutes sometimes in 4-5 minutes. i got irritated and i stopped using it. after some time when i checked it for any missed call or sms but i found it switched off again. i turned it on operated for sometime it worked best first time for maximum 1-2 hours.
next day in morning i again found it switched off (while i had charged it fully at night) and din't switched on it was finally dead. i was upset i had come to know i have spent my hard earned 18000 for a defected handset.
this is my first nokia handset. and i am feeling cheated.
thank god the shopkeeper is good he promised me to get the phone replaced in 20-25 days.
But i completely blame to The Nokia. Why do they not check properly so expensive and even newly launched products before packing and shipping.

This is in reference to an attempt to exchange the handset phone by Parveen ( Nokia Servicing centre)
I regret to inform you that I have given my Nokia 6600 mobile phone made in Finland, to repair to NOKIA Priority Dealer Intouch Care k1/39 C.R Park main road. They have kept my mobile phone for 11 days. After many reminders they informed me that my handset has been repaired and I could collect it after 5 p.m on Monday i.e 22nd November 2010. When I went there to collect it, to my surprise I found that they had exchanged my set , the back cover which had a sticker was same but inside it was a different instrument made in India, as I had some intuition ,I already took photograph of my set before giving it for repair. When caught them red handed, they had to accept their fault and made excuse that they had made my set working they were also charging Rs 750 for it. Finally I got my original set back without any thing repaired.
Now this is my humble request kindly look into the matter and strict action should be taken to avoid this kind of cheating and also save general customers from being cheated by Parveen - [protected].
